Very efficient software, helps me prospect and find leads daily!
What do you like best about the product?
How quickly it updates and finds information! The capture and importing work for the most part at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes all the information isnt there, or it doesnt update right away and I have to refresh.

Being able to drop prospects into sequences immediately. I also like the tagging for campaign names

Nothing, absolutely love this product. I do, however, wish there were more mobile numbers

Obtaining mobile, email address, and adding prospects into sequnces
LeadIq has been great for adding contacts into salesforce and salesloft

The accuracy of the contact information.

I run out of credits too quickly. Also- sometimes LeadIQ doesn't reload when I move to a new sales nav search

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sidebar for Sales Nav. it makes it very easy to add leads directly into Salesforce without going into a separate app. I love the simplicity of the tool without lack of functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike. I mainly prospect with LinkedIn Sales Nav so it works well for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to copy and paste information into salesforce and manually create contacts.

How it can import into different tools at the same time. Provides direct emails and phone numbers.

Sometimes, you have to put in the company domain

What do you like best about the product?
The best part for me, is the Lead IQ extension. It makes it so easy to take all the contacts and put it into one simple system to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes it lags a bit, so it can be confusing if all the contacts are fully updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve problems around prospecting. I am able to prospect easily using Lead IQ which is a major benefit to me.

Great app. Download the extension to your browser using chrome.

Best tool I have used so far in terms of accuracy and ease of use (compared to ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, and Lusha)

Have had a few issues where it won't let me log in.

Adding prospects from LinkedIn into my CRM and outreach.

Best tool I have used in the Lead acquisition space.
LeadIQ changed my life, really... It did!

Simplifies everything for my prospecting.

Can be slow from time to time, but not too grave.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Went from adding 50 - 100 new prospects per month, to over 400. Adding them directly into my outreach sequence is a game-changer too.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a LeadIQ customer for some time now - I love how easy the workflow is and how it integrates so seamlessly with Salesforce and also Salesloft - it by far is better than all competitors I have also used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about LeadIQ is the accuracy of phone numbers at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow problems for the most part - eliminating the time that SDR's are doing backend work is a huge deal; LeadIQ allows them to put prospects into SalesLoft and reach out quickly.

Definitely use LeadIQ over competitors!

What do you like best about the product?
It's just EASY. I find a lead on SalesNav that i like, I press 1 button, and he is in salesforce AND a sequence. All I did was press a button. That's it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often get a lead's wife answering the phone. LeadIQ tends to add multiple cell phone numbers for leads. Only celebrities have 2 cell phones. So ya, many numbers are incorrect but overall, I enjoy the ease of use. The silverlining is LeadIQ has the opportunity to be even better if they can address this quickly.
