Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use and syncs over contacts instantly into Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is incorrect or missing on contacts.

Getting phone numbers means faster connections with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to capture multiple leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator and place them in a cadence/sequence saves me a lot of time. I also like having the ability to request more information on the lead and make suggested changes to the information that is provided
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I have found to not like about LeadIQ is, that some of the leads will not populate with any information, but you have to use a credit to uncover the non-existent information. So your credit is being used but you get no information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is assisting me with locating lead information on individuals so that I am able to contact them and discover if they are a valid SQL. The benefits are that I have saved a ton of time by adding leads in groups per cadence/sequence instead of one by one.

The side bar feature is a great way to quickly get my information squared away.

The lack of ability to get mobile numbers.

Getting contact info is more convenient and makes my prospecting process much faster.

Very intuitive and easy to use. Great integration with SFDC, easy to manage teams/users, a very cost-effective solution

KPIs, dashboards and insights are lacking.

What do you like best about the product?
When it works, it works great! I use it to create CSVs and it collects relevant information. While sometimes there's errors with the emails, often times it'll be easy to figure out the correct email formats by seeing the "verified" contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't perfect when connected with Salesforce, missing some lead uploads when being used. Sometimes it has glitches where it won't load with a new LinkedIn page and you have to continuously refresh it, however customer support is very responsive and helpful. UPDATE: integration is continuously improving!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in business development, so I use it to collect and qualify contacts. Very convenient for efficient prospecting, clean CSVs, fairly strong at guessing emails that it can't find.

Immediate results by the reading of the contact page. Clear and easy to use interface.

No phones numbers available to most contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ has the most intuitive UI I have ever worked with. Lusha, Hunter.io, everything else feels way too bloated.

One thing that I see as an improvement is the data behind it. Sometimes I can get weird phone numbers and overall mismatched emails.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use and pairs with LinkedIn, which makes finding contact information a breeze. I can easily find direct numbers and cell numbers. I also like that you can submit a request for either contact info if you're having trouble locating a number or email address for a specific prospect. I love how you can easily find a prospects cell number. It's hard reaching people on their desk lines now but most will answer their cell. Makes getting ahole of someone much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it'll look like there's contact information listed but when you go unlock it, there's nothing there so you've wasted a credit. This isn't terrible but I can no longer see how many credits I have left for the month which is important to me as I use this software a lot. I also wish it was easier to check if a prospect is already in our crm. When looking at the prospect, it'll sometimes say they are or aren't already in our crm and I've found that to only be accurate maybe 50% of the time. I have to manually go check which wastes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to locate valid contact information for prospects who I'd be unable to contact if I didn't have access to LeadIQ. It provides additional contact phone numbers and email addresses to ensure that prospects aren't missed. This tool helps me find hard to locate contact info so that I can ensure that I'm able to reach more people. Many people aren't at their desks a lot or even in the office anymore. Being able to locate a mobile number solves the issue of them never answering their desk line.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. It's a great way to ensure that you're not leaving any potential prospects behind.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - with one click you can have a person added to your CRM and the way we have it integrated with salesloft allows for seamless cadencing of the personas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it says emails are verified when they are actually not. Also sometimes (might be due to the integration) it is hard to change the account (ex Company INC on linkedin and just company in CRM doesn't match).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving a lot of time having to type in manually new contact records on my CRM. I am also saving lots of time not having to look for emails on other tools and such.

Good Direct Dials in LATAM. Good Coverage In EMEA For Emails. Affordable compared to other solutions

Very Little Direct Dials In Europe compared to Cognism or Lusha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct Emails in EMEA+Dials in Latam. Accurate Emails which have lead to meetings.
