Good tool for seamless capturing
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and I really like the Chrome extension. The interface is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slow and I have to click the capture button over and over again before it does what it's meant to do. It is great for capturing contacts' information but not as much to create lists of contacts in bulk using the LeadIQ Upload Feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing contacts' information.

The speed and ease of capturing emails, especially in Sales Navigator

The quality of the email addresses often isn't good. There can be a high bounce rate compared to other databases

My problem is the occasional glitches where it won't load. Also the quality of the email addresses. The benefits are the fast workflow and integration with outreach

Can push them to salesforce and outreach io easily and straight into a sequence

sometimes the emails don't work or they won't find them

Saves time when prospecting and outreaching to prospective clients

Works great if you are using Linkedin and especially Sales Navigator to prospect

I think LeadIQ is a great sales enablement tool that has a lot of data that similar tools may not have. They're also constantly innovating with new features to make sellers more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data on LeadIQ isn't always the most accurate. For example, I may be looking for a Bob Smith at XYZ company. But when I call the numbers associated with Bob at XYZ company, it takes to a completely different Bob Smith.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data accuracy can be an issue at times, but I will say they always have more data on prospects than other enablement tools. I think LeadIQ works best when paired with other enablement tools.
fantastic, quick tool to get contact info without jumping around tabs.

You dont have to open up another window. It's easily accessable widget

sometimes wrong data but thats innevitable

contact info needed for my sales role. It is a need in todays day and age.

Collaboration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator - which has good search functionality.

Not finding enough contacts with guaranteed email addresses.

Finding the ICP contacts at our prospective clients, fast. Easier to scope out a business

Just do it! Low cost, simple use.

What do you like best about the product?
Lead IQ makes it so easy for me to transfer my leads/contacts from LinkedIn to Salesforce. I am also able to verify these contacts and do multiples at a time which saves me so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to LeadIQ. Sometimes it just takes a moment to load and refresh but everything works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach out to my prospects more quickly and efficiently. It saves me so much time and with it being verified I am not sending emails to invalid domains.

I'd like to get more cell phones and direct lines

We are able to reach out to our prospects in a more efficient way by utilizing LeadIQ
Considering the price, it does more than expected
What do you like best about the product?
The way LeadIQ integrates with all of our CRMs makes it very easy to use and helps our SDRs to avoid almost all possible mistakes. It helps us keep a real-time overview over our pool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The E-Mail adresses generated by LeadIQ are mainly best-guessed and the comminuty aspect og it leads to a high number of incorrect information in the system so that we would need an extra validation tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ makes it very easy to source Leads and add them to our different CRMs. It helps us speed up the prospecting by sourcing and adding possible prospects in one go.

Make sure you double-check the data it is gathering, and everything will be fine

What do you like best about the product?
With LeadIQ, I love how simple it is to use with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I also love the integration with SFDC. I manage SDRs and this is key for me to leverage for their workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes LeadIQ will not have the correct contact information available, which can be hard for SDRs to overcome. More mobile numbers available would be nice!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless flow of leads sourced for my SDR team. We rely heavily on leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find new qualified accounts/contacts. LeadIQ makes this simple and easy to implement
