Not using it to the fullest
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can import prospects from Sales Nav into both Salesforce and Salesloft at the same time
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like it when I can't figure out why it's not importing people and the notification button isn't helping. Sometimes it's buggy and doesn't work at all. Accurate phone numbers and emails aren't the best. More Salesloft university feel. In addition to the videos and more verbiage or a transcript. Most of the time I'm multitasking and need to read vs watching a video and can go to what I need quicker reading. Also as a coach, I can better drop emails or slacks around "how to" or suggestions to others through verbiage or a transcript, not videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Importing leads into both Salesforce and Salesloft at the same time. Love that I can put on a cadence upon import. We are not using it to the fullest and haven't had the chance to met with a CSM since I've been here (2 years)

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has mobile numbers because mobile numbers make it easier to reach someone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the edit to continue function. Not sure how adding a web address that is readily available serves anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is an asset when it comes to prospecting for sales people like myself.

The easiness of sequencing people directly without having to go to Outreach and sequencing and the simplicity of finding numbers
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the numbers are inaccurate ie same name/relative but not the person we are looking for. This has been improving over time but still happens on occasion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easiness to sync with CRM and to find phone numbers
Good but minor glitches here and there

It does well for capturing leads with minor glitches here and there, but the support is really top notch. totally recommend

not much to complain about. Where issues exist, support will hear you out and work toward a fix

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of getting contact information for the key leads you want to reach
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times the email information is not correct so it is a waisting time when you write to the contacts you want to talk to. So finally you end up writing a message using Sales Navigator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to get the contact information for the key leads you want to reach.
Saves me a lot of time loading up prospects.

I love how quick and easy it is to use. I cant imagine myself doing my job without LeadIQ.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate when I hit the capture all button, sometimes I have to double click to load them in. Also, I dislike the extension doesn't always pop open.

It's solving the pain of me manually adding the prospects to my CRM.
It really works. The contact info is more accurate than any other tool in the industry.

Simplicity of how it populates when you're on a LinkedIn profile

Nothing really. More emails could always help

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is fantastic as there's an app that will always match contacts I'm looking at to Phone Numbers and Emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Never fun when emails are wrong, but it's been more accurate than most other tools I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding prospect's contact info / Being Accurate / Integrating to SalesLoft to drop people into a cadence with ease.

LeadIQ is super easy to use. All I have to do is click on the information and it populates in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the leads will not import into Salesforce or will be super slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ pulls in leads that are verified and can help speed up my prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the LeadIQ website itself more so than I enjoy the integration with LinkedIn. Its much faster to pull leads through directly from the LeadIQ website, although not all the filtering features are there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a bit slow when it comes to capturing leads through LinkedIn and sometimes the LeadIQ extension does not reload to the cooresponding LinkedIn page.

We use it primarily for generating lead lists.
