LeadIQ Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love that LeadIQ connects directly to Hubspot and allows me to easily import my leads. I also think LeadIq is far superior to ZoomInfo in regards to the quality of the contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost has gone up a bit. When I first started using it, it was only $25 a month and now its $45 a month for the lowest plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ helps me get contact information for the specific leads/companies I am targeting on LinkedIN. It connects directly to LinkedIN and allows you to pull contact info from their LinkedIn page. They also have a free version that allows you to try it before purchasing and that was great! I also like that it allows you to import leads directly into Hubspot or Salesforce and you can also create lists within LeadIQ.
LeadIQ is the ZoomInfo Killer
What do you like best about the product?
Accurate info - easy user interface - great customer service. This is great for a startup company like mine. The costs are reasonable and there are no long term commitments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to slow down my computer a bit when I have it open but not a big deal .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me a lot of time by getting direct contact info for prospects and transferring that data to my CRM automatically instead of doing manual data entry.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The Chrome extention is an awesome feature that helps us to integrate with LinkedIn and source quality candidates for our open positions. Our team uses LeadIQ every day to help our business development. Support has always been helpful anytime we have had any questions and overall it's a great platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data can be a bit out of date, but that is to be expected - overall the data has been reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to connect with people in a certain area to match them with open job opportunities. This gives us the contact information to reach out to those people.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive, not messy or confusing like other softwares I've used. I enjoy being able to pull contact information straight from LinkedIn SalesNav and have it replace old/bad information on the contact in SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish I had a bit more configuration on what Salesforce account/contact that leads are linking to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of me having to gather essential contact information from everyone that I want to reach out to.
Great tool

You can easily pull prospect's information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a few intents for the information to load in the CRM. Not sure if they are issues with the Integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me get the information of my Target Audience when is not in the CRM.
Very good. It makes prospecting and my job in sales a lot easier!

The time it saves me enriching contacts and finding contact information.

Sometimes there are a few bugs, but nothing major and expected with a relatively new tool.

Time, efficiency, proving me with the correct information
Not great for what it was sold to us for, but has some uses if you squint.

You can sometimes add new people you find directly to your CRM. Depends on if it's working or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is not complete or accurate a fair amount of the time. Do not rely on this to identify customers of a certain platform/software.

Not helping us solve problems. Thought it would.
Solid product
What do you like best about the product?
Seems to have a better number list than the competition, simple interface and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kind of wish I didn't have to open the extension in a seperate window.

Great tool to capture leads fast and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the add-on and the great overview over my different lead-lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
It had some buggs in the past, where lead pages were not updated while using the add-on. But this issue was fixed long time ago.

It is helping me to find email-adressed fast and without further web research.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked the most is how LeadIQ combines accurate customer data with seamless integration into Salesforce. It simplifies the workflow, especially with its AI-powered email generation, which makes crafting personalized and professional messages so much easier. It's a great balance of functionality and efficiency!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about LeadIQ is that the interface isn’t very user-friendly. Navigating through the tool can feel a bit clunky at times.

LeadIQ solves the problem of efficiently finding accurate prospect information and seamlessly linking it with my CRM. This helps me save a lot of time by eliminating manual data entry and ensures that I have the right details at hand. It also streamlines the outreach process, allowing me to start connecting with potential clients quickly and effectively.
