What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ does exactly what it says it does. It's not a platform that is trying to reinvent the wheel or have every bell and whistle you might need, but do none of them well. LeadIQ does a great job of doing exactly what I need and it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times when I hit a snag I don't know how to fix it, or where to find support. When asked to add a domain I often add what I think the product is asking for, but I still can't get the info to transfer or, or when people have 2 jobs such as being a teacher at a college as well it will pull that info and I don't know how to switch to pull their work email and info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ solves the problem of finding contact info for prospects. It's extremely easy to make a list using SalesNav and then use LeadIQ to either pipe that data into Salesforce or Outreach. SImply 1 click, and I can't imagine how I would do that without LeadIQ.
I tend to find the right contact info about 60% of the time, prefer it over ZoomInfo
What do you like best about the product?
Fast download time. It usually only takes a few seconds to download the information I need on LeadIQ and integrate with Salesforce!
What do you dislike about the product?
Incorrect mobile numbers frequently happen. I also get the "skipped" notification when trying to import leads into Salesforce and not quite sure what this means?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use LeadIQ at DataCamp to find leads to reach out to and source sales qualified outbound opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ speeds up the process of going through SalesNav and finding leads at your top prospects.
My workflow is to search an account with the right keywords to find applicable prospect, save the contacts in LinkedIn lists, then tap capture for LeadIQ. This sends it to a google sheet that I copy and paste into my master Pipeline Generation account plan so I have visibility into who/when I've gone after contacts. (I track who I sequence when in Google for personal accountability, organization and an overall view into my patch).

I wish there were a way to easily view duplicates/ask if you want to capture them again. I can do filtering in LinkedIn to remove anyone I've viewed or is on a list, but it would be easier if there were an option to confirm you wanted to capture the contact again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speeds up my time in organizing my prospecting efforts. Instead of having to write down 40 contacts names, copy LI profiles, titles etc, it captures it in one click and easily is added into Google sheets.

I love the ease of use, seamless integration with our CRM, and accurate, up-to-date data!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I don't like about LeadIQ. All I need is reliable data/contacts to import into my CRM so that I can boost my outreach and this platform does it!

I am getting more accurate data, and more overall contacts to reach out to.

LeadIQ is solving problems that pertain to finding any needed information. This benefits me because I prospect and rely on LeadIQ for specific information.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ seems to have more accurate information on prospects than some other tools I've used. Easy to import new contacts into Salesforce as well from LinkedIn or LI Navigator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes unlocking a mobile or personal phone number yields no result. If there is not a correct number don't have the option for using a 'credit' to reveal nothing.

LeadIQ helps me find alternative ways to contact prospects who fit our ideal customer profile.
Great for clean prospect lists and campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Something that really shines for Lead IQ is the ability to tag each list that is being pulled. Also, the added feature of unlocking phone numbers when available has been tremendously helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One dislike I have when I use LeadIQ is not having a clear simple way of cleaning up invalid emails and phone numbers aside from direct out reach to our company's aside support within LeadIQ's company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The added feature of unlocking phone numbers, especially cellphones have been largely beneficial as an alternative way for me to break through to prospects whom have been difficult if not impossible, to reach.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about LeadIQ is finding accurate prospect data quickly and accurately!
What do you dislike about the product?
some times there is missing data, but it is very comparable to all their competitors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ benefits me in the sense that prospecting takes a very long time, and if I can save a majority of that time using the solution, then that allows me to be more productive

email verifier, the time it saves prospecting, and Scribe features
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes scribe is buggy, but I understand the AI is getting better and better. It also doesn't always pull all relevant company news article

saving time finding emails and correct phone numbers. It also helped me personalize emails at scale

Plug-in had issues loading properly occasionally. Limited integration to Outreach.io unless you subscribe to top tier package
