My experience using LeadIQ
What do you like best about the product?
I love how LeadIQ integrates with sales enablement tools I'm currently using. Using LeadIQ to prospect and bring in leads while instantly sequencing them is so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the cell phone numbers are incorrect and I've had people answer the phone who are not the prospect. If there's a way to fine tune mobile numbers that would be super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ has made the process of prospecting to putting a lead into sequence faster and allows me to be more productive by cutting down time spent in clunky systems.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that my specific account has some bugging issues while syncing to salesforce. No others internally are reporting similar

What do you dislike about the product?
Every so often Scribe will become unavailable. Sometimes error messages will appear when creating leads in SFDC

Love it and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly capture leads and having it sync into your CRM or outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some info may not be correct. Leads will bounce here and there and theres no way to provide suggestions.

Finding new leads information and saving me time.
Lead IQ is hands down the best Lead Generating Tool Out There
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is a chrome extension that can mirror what I am looking at in Sales Navigator. It pulls there email and can also provide you with their cell phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
THere is nothing that is dislike about LeadIQ, this is hands down the best lead generating tool I have ever used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is making it easy for me to find prospects' information when I try to reach them. The fact that it is a Chrome Extension is the best as you can use it on any site.

It is the ULTIMATE LinkedIn Chrome Extention and I love the fact I can push this data directly into Salesforce.

I wish I could completely replace ZoomInfo. Maybe one day...

What do you like best about the product?
Scribe- the AI writing assistant. This saves me a ton of time when creating prospecting emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The extension does't always work, so I have to ask a colleague to get emails for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend a lot of time writing prospecting emails. Scribe makes that a much faster process and creates relevant emails that don't sound cheesy or irrelevant. I like that I have the option of 3 emails to choose from and even the subject line is included.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love that I can pull people directly from SalesNavigator into my Outreach sequences. It makes prospecting so seamless and much less tedious. I also really appreciate the Scribe feature. It is a great jumping off point for writing customized emails. I love that I can select what information about the prospect and their company I want to be factored into the email. It's also great that you are given three drafts to look at and can generate more if you wish. I especially love that Scribe generates subject lines, I never know what to put for those.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found that a lot of the phone numbers from LeadIQ are inaccurate, which is unfortunate. A significant percentage of the pickups I get when calling prospects turn out to be wrong numbers. I also find that the Scribe feature frequently has trouble pulling information from LinkedIn, even when the prospect's LinkedIn profile is correctly matched with their Outreach contact page. I do appreciate the customer support I've received from LeadIQ whenever issues arise. It's clear their team cares a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ solves the issue of spending way too long agonizing over composing the perfect personalized email. I usually edit the Scribe drafts to sound more like me, but it's such a helpful jumping-off point. I'm someone who will spend 10 minutes just trying to figure out where to begin an email, and then even longer writing the body of the email, so it's been a huge timesaver for me. The subject line suggestions are also very helpful.
