I enjoy the simple and seamless user experience, the accurate information and the scribe feature!

Sometimes it pulls incorrect company information for a prospect even though the information is correct on SalesNavigator

LeadIQ's scribe feature helps to cut down on the time it takes to send personalized emails. You can find LinkedIn information, company information, and any recent news articles all in one place.
Great For Outbounding
What do you like best about the product?
Lead IQ makes outbounding easier from exporting contacts in Sales Navigator into Salesforce to creating custom emails to send to prospects. Has saved me an amazing amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything - great tool for outbound and customer facing roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps me create custom emails and saves a lot of time by doing the research for me - I like that I have a few emails to choose from and am able to select the most appropriate to send

I like the new scribe update I think it's super helpful sometimes a little glitchy but I all great product

Writing my own emails can be touch and frustrating this helps keep the research piece easy and quick
Scribe is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The Scribe functionally is my favorite thing about the tool. It has changed the wat we can write personalized emails at a high volume, and it is pretty easy and straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still not sure about the overall quality of phone numbers as it still seems there are many HQ phone numbers and bad numbers that get pulled. Scribe is a great tool that I use on a daily basis, although sometimes it has trouble connecting to a prospect's LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to pull in prospects' phone numbers and emails. Additionally, we use it for the Scribe function, which is personally my favorite part of the tool itself.
A streamliner in your tech stack
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is great for quickly sequencing prospects form Sales Navigator to your Outreach tool. The contact information provided is usually correct and displayed almost instantly. The Scribe tool has already gone through helpful updates and I'm enjoying the AI component.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your tech stack isn't equipped with the tools LeadIQ configures with, you will not get the full benefit of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ dramatically cuts down the amount of time it takes to sequence prospects. Once they're sequenced it also saves time scanning profiles for hot topics to call out in the outreach with the new Scribe feature.
Cool concept, buggy performance
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how it auto-imports prospects into my Salesloft cadence, which saves tons of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost every single email and mobile phone number LeadIQ provides is wrong. I would say over half of the emails I send bounce and 80% of the time, I use a mobile number; it's the wrong person. Because of this, I have to go into SalesLoft and manually change their email or look up the right contact with the right info, which then takes up time in the end.

The long amount of time it takes to upload prospects into Salesforce/Salesloft.
Essential prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is very user-friendly and intuitive. It has excellent integrations with SalesForce and Outreach, allowing a lot of automation in a single click. Very easy to scale to a team, and very easy to onboard. Their EMEA email database is great and one of the best accuracy on this market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The EMEA phone number database can be improved.
Navigating to the integrations page could be improved as the connexion needs to be re-enabled regularly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is helping us capature in a single click the leads identified from Linkedin and reach out to them in a timely manner thanks to its deep integrations with CRM and automation tools. It makes prospecting a lot easier and fun.
Pretty good tool
What do you like best about the product?
The Chrome extension is beneficial when trying to move through sales navigator quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a large number of emails that are not verified, leaving you guessing if you have the correct address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It assists with finding email addresses and bringing them into our CRM quickly. The new AI writing assistant also helps with writing cold emails.
