A good product to get going
What do you like best about the product?
I like that with LeadIQ it has a fairly easy to use GUI and integrations that minimize the amount of steps to import contact infromation
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the consistency in data accuracy and the amount of data LeadIQ has for some regions. For example LATAM contact infromation is better on ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting contact infromation for prospect quickly and at scale so we can have a strong top of funnel business
Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Lead IQ is one iof the more helpful tools I've used to prospect new leads. Lead IQ works best in conjunction with LinkedIn and you're able to quickly pull contact info for a lead and transfer that lead into your CRM and/or your sales outreach tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've come across a few instances where lead IQ's info is incorrect but is marked as "Verified" info. Their tool also has a few instances where it causes my computer to run slower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding and capturing lead info is the biggest help LeadIQ has provided. I can find the leads I need and quickly grab their contact info and reach out to those individuals quickly. Their AI writing tool has also been a big help in helping write a personalized message to these leads. It can pull info about the company or from the persons LinkedIn page to craft a personalized message.

mass exporting to Outreach and the new mass unlocking of emails and phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the information isn't correct for sourcing phone numbers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sequencing accounts into outreach efficiently and getting phone numbes / emails that zoominfo doesnt have.

-Find the duplicates on CRM, the integration, the window resizing, and adding to cadences functionality

the lack of ability to add Salesloft tags

Absolutely love LeadIQ
What do you like best about the product?
As an SDR, LeadIQ is the best tool to be able to bulk upload contacts from different accounts/regions and databases. The company I work for got rid of it and I was so bummed that I almost signed up for a solo membership, because LeadIQ's operational efficiency is unmatched. Best tool in the game of prospecting in my opinion
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can categorize as disliking is when data is blocked and you can't use credits to unlock a profile. However, this isn't the tools fault, it's personal prefence of the prospect. So long story short, nothing to dislike on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not longer a member of LeadIQ but I sure wish I was. LeadIQ has incredible lead intelligence when locating prospect information. I haven't stumbled upon another tool yet that allows for such smooth and accurate bulk uploads.
Super integration and highly accurate information
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing beats how easy it is to get leads right from linkedin to salesforce and a salesloft cadence. I can't imagine how many time that would take without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The while the email guess formula of first.last is occasionally accurate, it could be better at predicting what a company uses. I've also run into challenges with it recognizing new start up companies that don't have websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finding lead's emails and phone numbers and directly/quickly integrating them to my CRM and outreach software to be able to contact them with the click of a button.
Great tool, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Makes prospecting super easy and super seamless to integrate into my outbound workflow. As an AE I was able to set this up self-serve and it's a game changer
What do you dislike about the product?
Hit or miss sometimes with data quality but have found it to be better than other comparable tools, I'm sure this will improve over time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scraping leads from LinkedIn is the number one pain point. I scorched the market for a tool that could integrate with my SalesNav workflow and this was by the far the easiest
Very efficient tool for pulling prospects into CRM

How quick it is to use, makes prospecting easy.

The quality of numbers in EU could be better, but it still does a good job.

Manually adding prospects into CRM, it's now very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ has helped us enrich our data and find outreach details for a number of new leads and contacts for Salesforce. It works with Sales Navigator to help us pull lists of ideal prospects so we can begin to build outreach plans to key accounts.
Particularly helpful has been the round up email of anyone who has opted out so we know to remove them from our database.
It is also very useful to get the small overview before you enrich a lead or contact to understand if they are already being worked by someone in our CRM. This has cut down on the amount of duplicates dramatically.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some improvements on the dynamic resizing of the windows. On a mac these can be a bit fussy and not allow you to get a clean overview of all information relating to a lead/contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to find a way to get more phone numbers and business emails for our prospects. LeadIQ does just that in a simple and easy to use UI. The majority of the details have been correct which is exactly what we were after.

I like how easy it is to quickly add leads into my prospect list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, you have to manually input the corporate website to a lead to 'add' them to your list. May just be a fluke that happens from time to time.
