An Accurate Time Saver

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is so helpful when trying to verify contact information or connect with key stake holders for prospective and current customer accounts. The integration with our tech stack (Salesforce + Outreach) is extremely helpful as well and saves a ton of time when updating title and email information.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the information isn't 100% accurate. Beyond that there really isn't anything not to like about LeadIQ and no system I've ever used is perfect. It's the best out there that I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary business problem LeadIQ is solving is a quick and accurate way to verify and update contact information from a direct integration between LinkedIn and Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can export a contact to both salesforce and salesloft in a single click. Also, there is a good database of cell phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information is out of date and incomplete. Although, I have yet to see a solution that does have all the information you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It me prospect and quickly add contacts to CRM/SalesLoft

What do you like best about the product?
How easy is to capture leads within Linked In, and export them to your CRM. It also helps you upload a list of leads in case you wanna import them as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be not completely LeadIQ fault, but it relies to much on the info of Sales Navigator, and many many regions in the world have a very low Linked In penetration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving when capturing leads and helps me organize my campaings in a optimal way.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the plug in is very easy to use alongside LinkedIn. It's very easy to open up and get info about prospects as you search through Sales Navigator.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is not always accurate which is annoying. Sometimes exporting to salesforce and salesloft doesn't work and can be a clunky process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing contact info on key prospects that my team and I are targeting. It also offers a great view showing multiple contacts at once as I'm going through linkedin pages.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is easy to use and has strong information on contacts across multiple industries and verticals. The onboarding process is smooth and their customer support is always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
No database is perfect, and LeadIQ's inormation isn't either. About 95% of their contacts are accurate though. Not sure how to improve it, but to have a fuller set of verified email addresses would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that LeadIQ helps us to solve is that many of our clients do not have the most openly available contact info, so typically it takes significant effort to track it down. With LeadIQ, it only takes seconds.

What do you like best about the product?
Simply view with the google chrome extension that makes prospecting much easier. Seeing all of the phone numbers, emails, etc. in one centralized location makes my job way easier!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, with all lead information sources, phone numbers may be inaccurate but that's part of the business. It's impossible to have a 100% hit rate when people change numbers often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before LeadIQ, my job took a lot of time to get good prospects into my queue- with it, I was able to 3x my prospecting efforts in a much more concise manner, which meant more time to focus on the actual sales

What do you like best about the product?
In the past, we used to add all the data manually, but we leadIQ we just click capture, and we have everything ready to work!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they don't have data depending on the territory (LATAM)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us time Manually to write personalized emails with Scribe.

What do you like best about the product?
Lead IQ helps me have better success rates reaching prospects and it's super easy to use! Powerful tool for sure!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are multiple phone numbers listed for a contact and it's a guessing game or trial and error to figure out which one is the correct number...usually 1 out of 3 is correct if 3 numbers are listed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me get in touch with more decision makers!

What do you like best about the product?
Still useful for capturing data on the rep level. User experience is nice still
What do you dislike about the product?
I think phone number quality is starting to slip a little bit, starting to get people related to the prospect rather than the prospect themselves
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our reps identify the most accurate contact information of the personas our reps are trying to target.

What do you like best about the product?
The Chrome extension is very helpful. Anytime I navigate contact pages or search results on LinkedIn or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ provides insights and details about the contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information, such as cell phone information, is incorrect. I also wish that it would suggest useful information (decision makers, contacts with the most verified data, etc) when on company websites or even just company LinkedIn pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ lets me fill in the gaps when I need up-to-date direct contact information like email addresses and cell phone numbers. It has allowed me and my team to reach the relevant personas that are key to executing a viable outbound sales strategy.
