Great tool for contact generation & prospecting for Salesforce users
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to bulk-add contacts to Salesforce and Outreach sequences (I used to do this manually)
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be glitchy at times but usually just need to refresh the extension

Solving for making my prospecting much more efficient - I couldn't go without it

What do you like best about the product?
It makes life easy!!! Best tool for the sales team to get all the relevant info about the prospect and enrich that lead in our CRM based on the details explored on LeadIQ. Also, the info found on LEadIQ can easily be imported into the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most time-consuming is when we try to export, we can export only one contact page at a time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in getting the details of our ideal customers. Self-sourcing through LeadIQ made our life easy helping us in reducing the overall turnaround time. It was also integrated with Linkedin which made our work easier.
Good solution that saves time prospecting and helps organizations improve data quality in the CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like that LeadIQ is easy to use via it's "companion window" that can sit next to Llinkedin in my Chrome browser. It's generally fairly responsive, and allows configuration so that I can quickly update fields in my CRM with the latest data, or create new records in the CRM, Outreach/Salesloft, and so on. My favorite feature, and primary use case for LeadIQ, is using it to designate which Outreach Sequence a contact should be added to, so I can find a relevant contact, add them to the CRM, and drop them into an Outreach Sequence in a single click. The email data is ok, perhaps not the best out there but I've no real complaints and appreciate that it can provide verified contact details fairly often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Infrequently the LeadIQ window will need to be refreshed or becomes unresponsive to the current Linkedin profile I have open. This is usually fixed by refreshing the LeadIQ window or refreshing the Linkedin page I have open next to it. The email data can be poor for companies that have odd or unexpected email domains or inconsistent email taxonomies, but I don't hold that against LeadIQ too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead IQ is helping me find contact details and update my CRM and sales automation tools quickly and easily.
Versatile tool that helped streamline the sales process
What do you like best about the product?
Its provided accurate contact details, as well as allowing you to change the company name or url in order to find a different email address. Many people work for more than one company and this feature helped with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as easy to mark a number or email as incorrect as it is in other softwares of a similar calibre.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When prospecting potetnial customers it is important to have accurate contact information when reaching out. LeadIQ helped provide direct information so that I could perform my sales role for effectively.

The app works perfectly. Appreciate its ability to capture and organize leads on LinkedIn easily. It's time-saving features and seamless integration with SalesForce make it the best choice for sales teams to streamline their workflow and boost productivity.

Sometimes it's hard to get lead data for European titles. Would like to have an email generator with multiple choices and bounce prediction for generated emails.

I love that you can:
- unlock personal cell phone numbers with credits
- see a verified check next to an email/number if it is guaranteed to be accurate
- sycn seamlessly with SalesLoft/SalesForce to speed up my workflows

What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much that I dislike about LeadIQ. I use this tool daily/weekly for my prospecting needs, and am always able to access and utilize in the ways I need. Great product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ has the ability to locate targeted leads within a company and identify title/rank/email/phone number in order for me to add them to a sales cadence to contact them.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who's done the SDR role, I found leadIQ amazing to find contact info for people who are in the SMB/MM segment. this info was always accurate and easy to add to a sequence within the chrome extension without having to jump through that extra step (upload to SFDC) that one has to do when using ZoomInfo. LeadIQ is a total gamechanger for SDR's prospecting in the startup segment- or even looking for prospect info in the EU area.

cant name even a single one. Everything worked so well.

Works well with Linkedin Sales Navigator. Very easy to generate emails of contacts in a list on Linkedin.

Cannot search contacts with company domains.

Solving generating emails manually.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Outreach makes my daily work flow very efficient. I'm able to go straight from SalesNav to SFDC and Outreach by using the chrome extension. Updating leads with new info is also a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all data providers, the data is sometimes wrong and there's also some troubleshooting that needs to happen when something within the integration with sfdc breaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing me with a quick and efficient way of gathering contact information to hit my outbound goals and book more meetings. I'm able to spend more quality time on messaging vs manually importing to sfdc and outreach.
