Great lead gen tool
What do you like best about the product?
email addresses are among the most accurate in the industry and in most regions across the globle. For an EMEA team having to operate in the Middle East as well, LeadIQ has the best database
What do you dislike about the product?
LeadIQ doesn't have the strongest database of mobile phone number in the EMEA market and needs to be supplemented with other providers. They need to improve the notifications when an integration is logging out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is allowing the team to capture leads at scale and streamline the prospection activity with native integrations to CRMs. It is a very intuitive tool with good feedback process.

He helps sometimes to get correct information on the email
Quick and Easy to Setup and Use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very barebones and easy to start using. Many complicated function are easy to carry out. The sync between different platforms such as salesforce is really good and fast
What do you dislike about the product?
The design could improve a lot, the look of the platform is very barebones and looks not very optmised. There are some glitches that don't break the platform but do cause bad customer experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very capable of finding leads when prospecting. The search is very effective and in fact more effective than LinkedIn Sales navigator. Moreover, the browser plugin is also very effective when used with LI.
I have been using LeadIQ for the past 3.5 years for Lead Generation
What do you like best about the product?
It gives you many option to capture Leads, also if required you can do some edits as well in the leads data, also it gives information(Email, Contacts Number etc.) of more than 90% of the contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now a days in many cases LeadIQ takes too much time to capture the leads, and it happens mostly in the cases where email is unavailable. So, everytime you need to wait for at least 30 seconds to capture those leads, also it caputres blank lead as well(where email is not available), this becames quite frustrating sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It actually helps me in capturing leads very fast, also if required you can capture multiple leads at one go, which is indeed very beneficial for me as it saves time & also the bounce rate of email is improving tremendously day on day
Simplify and optimize the lead generation and sales process
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ's integration process with our CRM (Salesforce), workflow outreach (SalesLoft), and LinkedIn SalesNav made my lead prospecting and research process so much easier. Being able to import from SalesNav into SFDC as a lead, and into a cadence inside of SalesLoft, with a single press of a button is really nice. The ability to create large lists for sales campaigns is nice for organization as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is getting better over time, but sometimes the accuracy of the phone numbers for the leads that I import is limited. Uploading a user list from SFDC may cause accuracy issues with email addresses, at times, if the domain listed for the account is different from the common email domains for the contacts within that account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are two main problems that LeadIQ solved for me:
1. Lead Prospecting and Research: LeadIQ allowed me to easily find and collect contact information for potential prospects from various sources such as LinkedIn (mainly) and other online databases. This streamlined the lead generation process and saved me a ton of time that I would otherwise spend manually searching for contact details.
2. CRM Integration and Data Enrichment: LeadIQ integrates with most popular CRM tools, like Salesforce, which allowed me to easily transfer and manage my leads within my own existing workflow. This ensures that all prospect data is up-to-date and readily accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy tool to use when capturing emails contacts from linkedin and pushing straight to outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outdated emails when prospecting new leads.

Finding the email addresses of prospects and seamlessly syncing with Outreach.

I like when it works and I am able to access all the necessary information I need about a propsect.

Sometimes I numbers are inaccurate and the information doesn't align properly.

LeadIQ helps my team capture information regarding leads so we can propsect properly and outreach regarding our tech platform,

What do you like best about the product?
The chrome extension and ease of use with that. navigating through LinkedIn with the extension is a big help instead of switching tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a limited use case for LeadiQ and quite some funtionalities are not used and therefore my investment doesnt feel optimized because of the pricing model

Getting prospect data (primarily email).
Lead IQ for Data Enrichment
What do you like best about the product?
Lead IQ is very helpful for SMB or Mid Market prospecting broadly. You simple just create lead list in Nav and then use the import tool through chrome and have your sequence ready, boom you can hit a ton of contacts. Another thing I liked was technology used, I would use that in tandem with a couple other tools to see if they had a competing software, it's been pretty accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if they didn't know the syntax they would ask you for your response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Importing contacts from Nav to Outreach and enriching data. Without it, you are guessing emails/phone numbers. Lead IQ solves that for you in a very efficient manner.
Lead IQ is the best software to use with any CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendliness and the speed at which it captures data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not all the prospects' contact details are available - but no software is perfect so it's completely understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find prospects' contact details when they are not available on any other platform.
