LeadIQ makes prospecting smooth like butter
What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot to love about LeadIQ. It fits right into my existing workflows and the integration with Salesforce CRM makes it easy to create lists for targeted campains. We also use Groove, so the Salesforce native integrations makes it simple to get my contacts uploaded into flows in a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's been a few times where LeadIQ was down, but nothing the lasted too long. It's expected with software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using LeadIQ to bring lead/contacts into CRM and Groove for outbound prospecting. In the past, I had to do this manual and it took up a bunch of time. The Salesforce CRM integration makes it easy to organize campaigns and prioritize with my flows in Groove.
Fast way to get great prospecting data
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like most about LeadIQ is how easy it is to source prospect and lead information from LInkedin. I can create lists based on a variety of criteria, such as job title, company size, industry, and location. I can also import lists from other sources, such as LinkedIn. Once I have my accounts in mind, I can easily toggle what information I need for prospecting LinkedIn. For example, I can show or hide contact information, company email, or just collect company phone or private cell phones (extra cost).
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it is really dependent on the quality of the prospects and overall linkedin information/integration.
I know it has other powerful features but I usually focus on using it for LinkedIn Prospecting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast lead capture from LInkedin and ability to integrate into sales automation tools like salesloft and outreach.
Helpful tool for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ gives me quality and accurate contact information for my leads. I'm able to better get in contact and generate more business for my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact info isn't accurate or it gives me a mobile number that's actually the person's home phone. But it's usually pretty accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily grab contact information for leads and can import that information into my crm with one click

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about LeadIq is hands down, how easy it is to sequence people into Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phone data isn't great. (Mobile phone numbers)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIq is helping us with Lead generations. With LeadIq we can easily bring in new contacts.
Easy to find contact information
What do you like best about the product?
Helps to find very accurate emails and cell phone numbers for prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't actually help you find contacts, you need to find the contacts on your own first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us improve our data and get accurate contact information for prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature I believe that is above the competition is the chrome extension with Sales Navigator and how easy it is to create an account and plug it in to your CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest letgo so far is the data qualiitiy. Most of the time when I want to retrieve a an email address it always says "email unavailable" but then I have to use another platform to get verified email address and show to LeadIQ to actually confirm that the email is now available. This has made my life a living nightmare for data quality. I am also not the biggest fan of the credit usage either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the most part I would say retrieiving information when someone has changed jobs whether the cell phone number is accurate or not. I'm not sure that I would use it in the near future if I had the option to pick sales tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It uploads all of my LinkedIn Sales Navigator Leads into a cadence successfuly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't capture all of the leads the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's uploading my leads into a cadence so that I don't have to do it manually. LeadIQ is saving me a lot of time.
it does the job most of the time - good tool
What do you like best about the product?
i like that you can easily get numbers and emails from most prospects. usually the numbers are better than zoominfo. the user experience is definitely wayyyy better than tools like zoominfo and populates with info fairly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't like it takes suchhh a long time somtimes for the info to upload to salesforce and outreach. sometimes i'm sitting there for a few extra seconds waiting for it to get the checkmark on the salesforce cloud, indicating that it's been uploaded. those seconds add up. it's not a big deal, but overall it's a good tool

the problems i solve are getting right email and information on the prosepct.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and easy to congigure between salesforce and other applications but apart from that nothing else to write about, its a complete waste of time when you do large importations at the end of the day to tell you that the emails are wrong or you end up calling a local Police or the neighborhood mcdonalds

Waste of time, and energy
i sometimes prospect the whole day just to find out at the end that the emails are undeliverable becasue of wrong email address.
The next minute i try with KASPR everything information is coming correct after wasting all my dfay on leadiq

Its the importing to Salesforce that is exciting about this app because if not i prefer using kaspr all day and i have already informed the management that Leadiq is a big waste of time ND MONEY
