What do you like best about the product?
the UI is seamless - very easy to use and does not disrupt my day-to-day process
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the data quality is lacking - incorrect email address, no contact info available, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finding emails and phone numbers for my prospects and directly importing them into my systems - avoids manual entry and hunting down of information

What do you like best about the product?
My team loves LeadIQ. We leverage the ability to quickly add prospects to currated list that are then exportable directly to SFDC, Outreach, and as CSV for interteam collaboartion. The numbers are accurate, the certanty settings keep our SFDC clean. It's also interesting to see the breakdowns of titles and geo location for our prospectings adding a extra layer of insight for reporting calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could always use more dashboards to gain insight into prospects and outcomes :)

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly capture leads and enroll in a sequence and write them back into salesforce with one click is truly a gamechanger! I've worked in a sales role for 10+ years but have never ran into LeadIQ before and was immediately impressed with the functionality and ease of use. It saves a tremendous amount of time in my outreach to get new business going. I use LeadIQ several times a week in my role at jumio
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to track analytics in leadiq to see how many have been captured. Perhaps this is available but I am unsure where to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamline the lead capture process from LinkedIn to Salesforce. Saves me the time from having to create a lead manually every time. Links Outreach sequqnces directly so with one click we get everything done.

Quick and easy to find mobile numbers. Good quality in numbers as well.

Integrations are a bit clunky and could be cleaner

What do you like best about the product?
I love that LeadIQ shows when the email is verified, so my emails won't bounce

very rarely, the phone numbers are wrong

What do you like best about the product?
We tested this against other email validation tools and it was the best we could find.

Sales Nav / Chrome extension works great.

I don't really use the outreach side of the tool so cannot comment on that.

Good tool to use when prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how quickly a manual request for a number comes back. I like that there are multiple phone numbers associated with a prospect and that you are able to edit the email address to capture contact. Easy to use as well, use it almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the past few weeks, the LeadIQ extension has not been connecting to Sales Navigator or LinkedIn and needs constant reboot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping gather contact information for leads that come into the system, making it easier to get in contact with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
We evaluated multiple tools to find a solid prospecting tool, and LeadIQ was our top choice. Their sales team was a joy to work with - they were so attentive to our needs, helped manage a proof of concept to prove out the value, helping us derisk the tool, and our implementation and CSM team (Tris) have also been wonderful, helpful, and responsive.

Our sales team works primarily in Sales Nav, so having a strong extension and visibility into Salesforce records was HUGE. The extension works great, is not buggy at all, and streamlines our reps workfow. The integration with Salesforce and Outreach is reliable - which is not something we found with other tools. Our team has started using Scribe as well, their AI email writing tool, which has been a positive experience. Their Track tool to monitor job changes is awesome as well.

I really like the direction LeadIQ is headed!
What do you dislike about the product?
We've found that sometimes mobile numbers can be hit or miss, but overall, the data quality is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is helping us identify contacts in our ICP and easily reach out to them.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations. Very easy to use as a prospecting tool. Can search for any contact you are looking for and instantly get results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information can be poor at some times. Most of the time LeadIQ gives it's best accuracy in terms of emails, phone numbers, titles, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem LeadIQ solves is getting contact information for me so I can perform outreach.

Easily capturing data in sfdc and outreach with the appropriate sequence

Data quality is lower for companies < 50 employees but that's probably the same for all data providers
