Easy to use, generally quality results
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and quality of integration into the other pieces of our tech stack is really solid and makes for a generally easy prospecting experience.

Often times recently, the quality of the information it gathers isn't what it used to be or what I'd like it to be.

In theory, the manual process of finding a prospect and implementing them into the sales process

So much faster to cold source in contact to the CRM

Accurate mobile phones and business email addresses

Sometimes you can't download the propsect if there isn't a correct email

LeadIQ helps my prospecting process everyday by finding and capturing phone and email data and saving it directly to my CRM/SEP.
Works great most of the time

I like that lead IQ allows you to tag certain lists to easily find.
What do you dislike about the product?
The numbers aren't always active and sometimes out of the country.

Lead Iq is helping me reach my prospects via phone

It is fairly intuitive to use and the data is typically pretty accurate.

Wish there more phone numbers available and the chrome extension was more responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expediting the process and time it takes to upload contacts and prospects into both Salesforce and Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
It has best integration with Outreach and Salesforce and you can choose all the data you want to upload before it's uploaded.

I don't have the paid version, unfortunately.

Allows me to create new accounts in Salesforce from Sales Nav easily.
Great tool for lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
The quick collection of leads in Navigator that can be organized with all the information including emails and phone numbers

Some of the leads don't have a phone number.

LeadIQ helps me colect leads from Navigator and fill in the details about the lead including emails and phone numbers. This is a huge time saver and works well.

What I Dislike:
The limitations on mobile number access can be a hurdle, and the occasional inaccuracies in email data can disrupt workflows.

Dashboard UI needs improvement

LeadIQ solves the problem of manual lead data entry through his Hubspot intergration - ideal for every Sales Person
Great tool with some caviats
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates with the CRM and autimatically pulls phone numbers from all over.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the contact exists in SF already, or the system can't find adequate email/phone it refuses to export the contact.
Also the leadiQ pop out will sometimes not load and put a stop on my prospecting. Also the window will open on my main monitor even if I have Linkedin open on my secodnary monitor.

It is finding numbers for my prospects. It is exporting my contacts to salesforce.
Not the best for state and local
What do you like best about the product?
that it pulled the contacts from LinkedIn and I'm familiar with it
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the filters from LinkedIn to narrow down searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
THey currently are not solving any issues. We had to go with a different vendor.
