A top choice for sales data collection
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is consistantly more accurate than competing tools, and is also able to discerne more user information its peers in the space. I also enjoy its ability to sync with other tools in my tech stack, like Outreach and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the LeadIQ app, downloaded through Chrome Webstore, glitches and doesn't load when attempting to gather data from LinkedIn SalesNav. This is somewhat annoying, and forces me to log out/in, or sometimes reinstall the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is able to scrape data from SalesNav and helps me source new lines of business for my work in sales development. LeadIQ also manages the issue of finding accurate phone numbers and email addresses, which can be difficult to consistantly do with other tools in the space.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ has been a huge win for our sales team. The biggest standout is how accurate the numbers and contact data are. It’s eliminated so much manual cleanup and guesswork from our prospecting process.
With reliable information right out of the gate, we’re able to reach the right people faster, book more meetings, and keep our pipeline moving. Having confidence in the data makes a massive difference, and LeadIQ delivers on that every time.
If you’re looking for a tool that saves time and boosts connection rates, LeadIQ is absolutely worth it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Chrome extension is useful, but it can be a bit inconsistent depending on the page or browser session. Smoother performance and quicker load times would create a more seamless workflow.
Lastly, tighter integrations—especially around syncing to CRM fields and reducing duplicates—would help teams maintain cleaner pipelines without extra manual work.
Overall, LeadIQ has a strong foundation, but polishing these areas would take it from good to exceptional.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finding solid numbers that are verified as well as providing verified emails, without this tool our data would be skewed
Best Contact Tool
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of times on linkedin they need the personal email in order to request i'm able to pull that up via leadiq also.. sometimes the work email doesn't allow outside domains so I like how the personal email is included when available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes but something that could be improved is not using credits if the phone number or work email isn't available. Other than that I think it's an awesome tool

Getting the additonal contact information, also it makes it easy to import to the other system we use.

Information is often incorrect (phone numbers etc.) and glitched frequently. Needs to be implemented correctly internally or has many issues.

What do you like best about the product?
How one click takes care of multiple steps of the sales process. It is extremely easy to bulk add leads. Extremely easy to use, we use it every single day as an integral part of our process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email information is incorrect/ it will randomly select a version of the domain for seperate contacts causing some to bounce and others to not. I then manually need to go in and update.

Capturing large amounts of contacts/ contact info, and uplaoding directly to our CRM and into cadence.
THE Best Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
By far the best prospecting tool I've ever used! Very easy to use; integrates with all of our software. We use it every day and it finds the majority of our lead info.
What do you dislike about the product?
When not synced, or can't capture info, a bit confusing to understand the full reason why and how to fix.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lead IQ everyday. I like to use the chrome extension of Lead IQ because it makes finding contact information when you have Sales Navigator pulled up in the browser really easy. Then I can load new leads into Salesloft in just one or two clicks. The contact information has been reliable for the most part over the last two years I've been using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only criticism of Lead IQ is that sometimes the mobile numbers are incorrect which is something I've noticed that their competitor tools suffer from sometimes. This didn't used to be the case, but has been true for the last few months. I would estimate one out of every four calls to a mobile number will end up being my lead's relative or spouse.

Lead IQ helps provide best contact information to cold or warm leads I find on LinkedIn or Sales Navigator
