Good foundation, but needs some work
What do you like best about the product?
I find leadiq easy to use for prospecting. Scribe has a lot of potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think data quality could be better, I get a lot of numbers that aren't correct. Sometimes the phone number matches the persons name that I'm calling but I find out its the same name of the person but the wrong number. Scribe being a new product, definitely has a lot of kinks to be worked out. Some days it works perfectly some days it doesn't work, and makes me not want to bother signing in/out, or reaching out to support just to get it to work. I initially had trouble with it connecting with outreach.

Messaging - saving me time

Solid prospecting tech, when it works
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to instantly scrape at scale into my CRM and outreach tech is a big factor in why we went with LeadIQ.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs! Sometimes it loads normally, other times it is painfully slow or crashes my browser altogether.
Data fidelity; more often than not the "educated guess" approach to mobile/direct numbers results in me wasting a bunch of time calling the wrong person or dialing numbers no longer in service.

LeadIQ makes it seamless to prospect and hone my messaging to the contacts I'm reaching out to.

that it is so user friendly and it is a small window

I like it - sometimes the loading is off but it is very userfriendly

When it's accurate it's great! Unfortunately it's hit or miss.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamlessly it works alongside LinkedIn. I can easily scroll through a list of prospects and identify their contact details and import into my CRM with a click.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to question it's own accuracy more than I'd like to see. For example, if you choose to import a contact into your Salesforce with the email address LeadIQ has given you, it will tell you that LeadIQ does not think the data is reliable enought to be imported into your CRM. Sometimes it's a good thing and sometimes it's really annoying.

Helps me identify contact information for prospects at the companies I'm selling into. It also assists with importing that information directly into my CRM with a simple click, saving me time.

It provides contact information for potential prospects. Once found, exporting it to the CRM was as easy as clicking a button.

Limited Data Sources: Although LeadIQ can extract data from various platforms, its sources might not cover the entire spectrum of potential lead pools. This limitation could result in users missing out on valuable leads from sources not integrated into the platform.

Customization and Personalization: LeadIQ allows for personalization and customization of outreach efforts. Users can tailor their messages and communication based on the information gathered, increasing the chances of engaging effectively with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can import prospects so easily and can change which sequence you import them to. It's easy to do it all at once if you have multiple prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that many of the times LeadIQ gets the wrong phone number and email wrong which can make it incredibly time consuming to have to go back, fix and validate.
Also, LeadIQ glitches like crazy sometimes where it buffers time and time again and never pulls up the prospects. I often have to restart my computer multiple times.

It's helping me save time by importing all my prospects all at once according to which sequence I want to put them in.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is the easiest data tool to use from an SDR standpoint. Data quality is on par or better compared to other vendors. Scribe is also a fun tool to use for fast, personalized email writing. Coming from a previous ZI user, the UI and user experience are much greater with LeadIQ.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personal phone number data is hit or miss, but so is every data vendor. Chrome extensions has to be reloaded often, not a deal breaker though!

Business emails and personal phone numbers. Got rid of pulling data into Outreach and Salesforce manually

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about LeadIQ is the ability to find new leads quickly, and set them up in a sequence in as few clicks as possible. The integration to Outreach is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if an integration to Amplemarket could also be built out so we can leverage the multi-touch sequences there as well.

LeadIQ is solving the problem of having to find new prospects manually.
