Lead IQ SDR User
What do you like best about the product?
Lead IQ helps source contact info for key prospects and has enabled me to get these contacts in my CRM for outbounding
What do you dislike about the product?
LeadIQ will load half the times you launch it. It struggles with correctly mapping contacts to accounts and many of the contact info is incorrect or outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact sourcing, it helps me find contact information for prospects and sync them into the CRM
Good UI and Support with Unreliable Data
What do you like best about the product?
The tool itself is user friendly and works well with other sales tools like Outreach/SFDC. It is easy to pass data from the extension to the tools sellers use on a daily basis. The support is also very good with the dedicated CSM we had being very helpful in answering questions and the implementation specialist ensuring the tool worked properly and checked in with us frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data quality is what makes this tool not a great fit. We found on many occasions that prospects would have multiple phone numbers associated with them and more times then not those numbers belonged to a family member of the prospect. If a seller had the misfortune of dialing one of the incorrect numbers it left a sour taste in the mouth of propsective customers from the jump. The data quality needs to improve greatly for this tool to compete with others in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ provided data on prospects including phone and email for sellers to use in their outbound prospecting process.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adding prospects to the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often the numbers or emails supplied are innacurate i.e. some randon John Brown with the same name, or even spouses phone numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is helping me find the contact information of potential customers, which sometimes leads me to the best way to get through to them.
Great enrichment tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use LeadIQ in conjunction with another enrichment tool everyday and it's rare that I am not able to get all the information I need about a prospect. It is great to be able to surpass when contacts have opted out on another platform and still be able to reach out to them. I like that it designates when an email or number is verified or just a best guess. The integration into our CRM works well and it's an uncomplicated platform to use since you're mainly working via the extension. Also great for pulling up lists of people to double check things so I don't have to click back and fourth between tabs. I like the scribe feature for when I am not feeling creative in my emails. Customer support responds promptly, even when our CS manager on the LeadIQ side was OOO. Implementation was fast and it fit into my workflow well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's common for the information to be incorrect, but I would rather it give me something than have to look for a prospect's information on my own. On the actual website, the information on the technologies a company is using doesn't seem to be as nearly built out as other platforms, so I rarely use it. I don't like that you have to capture a lead to have all their information saved or you have to use a premium credit again to re-unlock it again.

Provides me with prospect information even if they have opted out of other platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I use LeadIQ at work every single day - it's very fast and convenient to capture lots of leads from Sales Nav at the same time. I like how easy and simple it is, you don'y need a lot of time to understand how it works, I also like that it shows if the lead has been captured before and if you can add the lead to the specific cadence. One more thing- the majority of the emails are captured correctly and I find my way to reach out to the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a month or so it gets lagged and I need to restart it, it won't take long but it's inconvenient.I always struggle with the right phone number, most of the time it leads me to the corporate number and support voicemail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I helps me add leads to my cadence and prospect those leads.
Great for integrations and ease of use - questionable data quality
What do you like best about the product?
the easy workflow through the web extensionm easy UI that anyone can use to unlock mobiles and emails and have that sync and save across Outreach and Salesforce in bulk with the number of credits that you get with for the price
What do you dislike about the product?
5/10 data quality - the number of credits you get allows you to run through a higher number of contacts than other providers but quality for anywhere outside of the US is very low, and the numbers that are found often are for someone else who just happens to share the same name.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire data capture gap, that would only otherwise be solved by buying lists or relying in agencies.
It is super easy but at times the information is completely incorrect

wrong email data which leads to a higher bounce rate at times, hampering my domain goodwill

LeadIQ has simplified our company's process of gathering leads. List building is easy and each list can be accessible by all our sales and marketing teams. It's a time-saving option for building sales and marketing pipelines.

Its suitability ultimately depends on individual requirements and preferences. Other companies might be looking for more advanced functionalities or broader data coverage.

The fact that it exports data from LinkedIn lists or profiles to Hubspot quickly and easily.

The email addresses of the profile exported to the CRM with LeadIQ are wrong more often than not.
