Good tool that makes the work easy
What do you like best about the product?
Lead IQ has proved invaluable for coordinating lead lists and outreaches without having to jump between too many tabs
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the capping on numbers and emails can be a little problematic

What do you like best about the product?
1. very easy to use. it's a chrome extension and works great when browsing LI, etc. for leads. 2. it's mostly accurate. the emails and phone numbers are mostly correct so less chance of bounce back (great for small-midmarket accounts). 3. integrates well with other tools like LI and SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
can't really think of much. it does what it needs to, minus the incorrect phone numbere here and there but that's expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
when creating new leads, it's hard to tell the email format of the company (and even the person if they have a different one) as well as phone number for cold outreach. it's also helpful that you can crowdsource to correct info that's wrong.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ had a clean UI, a fantastic support team, and easily integrates with other tools. An absolute must for your sales team. Not sure what we would've done without it!

Would be nice if incorrect numbers would be removed quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is super easy to use with a simple interface that is easily accessible from any SalesNav user page. It excels in integrating with Salesforce and Outreach as well. Very easy to use and great integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most phone numbers and emails are accurate - I'd say they are correct 8 times out of 10. Some phone numbers are inaccurate, though. It is relatively simple to go in and change the numbers and emails, but it would be nice if they were always accurate (which might be unrealistic anyway).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ provides accurate contact info for prospects, leverages AI to assist in cold email drafting, and surfaces contacts that formerly worked at customer accounts and could be interested in reconnecting.

The ability to help source contact info that isn't readily available elsewhere
What do you dislike about the product?
Inaccurate contact info at times. Sometimes mobile numbers are not to the correct person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to get emails and phone numbers for contacts I can't find elsewhere. It allows me to better sell my product to companies I couldn't otherwise connect with.
Works well for mining emails and phone numbers while using Linkedin Sales Nav

I work in a niche industry so most of my addressable market is very small businesses and not on Linkedin / Lead IQ

Easy and Accurate
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and doesn't have outages. You can also add in things that are missing manually.

There are sometimes missing fields- but I guess that happens with any tool.
