Many little bugs causing a lot of double work

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Salesloft and SFDC, and that it provides data - my team uses it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integrations do not work, leads do not get send to cadences. Accuracy on phone numbers is also pretty low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us people's emails and phone numbers

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it had the ability to get email addresses for larger companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a company is below a certain size it was very uncommon to be able to get a phone number and for us, that was a big reason why we left. Most of the companies we work with are smaller and we could not get phone numbers or email addresses sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding phone numbers and emails for prospects

Data quality is questionable at times but it evens out

The # of steps it requires to get the contact data where it needs to be in order to action on it.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, automatic detection on LinkedIn using the Chrome extension. Great alternative to ZoomInfo

Sometimes phone numbers are not accurate

LeadIQ provides additional contact information for leads to help me contact them directly either via email or phone

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations with Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Nav are seamless. It's so easy for me to hop to someone's profile on LinkedIn and immediately throw them in an Outreach sequence with one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to update email addresses, sometimes it's a clunky experience to find the right email address
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PRospecting can take forever, and from LinkedIn it's hard to throw people directly into an outreach sequence without first having to manually add that contact in Salesforce. LeadIQ makes this process extremely efficient in bringing all of these tools together and finding contact info. you can sequence many at once which is amazing

What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy the workflows are! Contact information is largely accurate, with a lot more contact numbers than most alternatives.

Slower than alternatives, but more accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of functionality, cost structure, and use with LinkedIn Sales Navigator make LeadIQ a no-brainer for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found a downside for using LeadIQ

Our business requires a heavy top of funnel, supported by the LeadGen that LeadIQ provides.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only does LeadIQ have some of the best contact data in the market, they have an amazing team that is there to support you every step of the way. They're responsive thought leaders that truly care about our prospecting success. We use LeadIQ multiple times per week to ensure we are capturing and executing on the prospects that give us the best chance to hit our goals. Implementation was incredibly simple, integration was a breeze, and Scribe is a fantastic addition for thought starters when a rep is stuck on how to personalize.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of at this point in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is our partner of choice that allows us to find the contacts we need via SalesNav, and bring them into our SFDC instance. This allows us to prospect successfully, which in turn drives revenue pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ has an easy to use platform, and a great chrome extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no buyer intent like there is in Zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ helped me get accurate phone numbers from prospects on Linkedin.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the phone numbers and business emails
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to use the LeadIQ platform to search. Using the integration with LinkedIn is great but as a standalone product finding leads and using the search has many limitations with regard the the filters, user interface (customer experience) and the accuracy of the tags that are tied to the limited filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding qualified leads for account based marketing.
