Very trusthworthy
What do you like best about the product?
the best thing is the way it can get the emails and leads information

sometimes the connection with the Hubspot get lost,

find the leads email contacts accurate
It's alright, gets the job done but isn't the best platform out there.

Easy to add folks to cadences, and can improve your workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform's numbers just aren't any good. Contact info is a hit or miss with it being a miss most of the time.

It is helping me find contact information on prospects I'm reaching out to.

Great UI, very easy to use. The google integration is great!

Data quality is at times not very good. The numbers in particular are pretty bad.

Mainly getting me contact information for cold outreach.

only uses linkedin, which is good, but would be great if used other sources

leadiq is allowing us to create leads from linkedin, which is helpful when targetting specific accounts

Loved how easy it is to have it up on my side screen while I work through my day to day flow.

Almost always, there are errors when importing contacts and it requires a ton of clicks.

I like that it offers mobile numbers and checks the validity of emails.

I dislike that you have to include a prospect's company webpage to find a prospect's contact information.
that it gives me the prospect's relative's phone numbers
that it takes a while for it to sync to itself, outreach, and salesforce - 30 seconds to a minute for each prospect. which adds up when you are are prospecting with hundreds of people

What do you like best about the product?
Good tool to capture both phone number and email addresses. Phone numbers have helped me chase deals as an AE so very helpful in that perspective. Also the ability to add to email candece onto Salesloft is a helpful feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only drawback is, the synch to Salesforce takes quite a long time

Phone numbers, it's the only tool we use for phone number capture. This is helping me prospect from a new meeting standpoint as well as chase deals
