Lead IQ Experience as an Intern
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Lead IQ offered us a trial video, was attentive to detail when we asked questions, and refunds you when it is unsucessful in finding an email/phone number.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it sometimes lags when im on sales navigator, and cant always enrich pofiles the way I would like it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting, finding emails, phone numbers. It helps me streamline the prospecting system and I appreciate how it aligns hubspot with sales nav, and lead iq.

What do you like best about the product?
prospecting is been very easy using this platform. I love the autmatic capture and informations seems to be uptodate in most cases

it is limited to linkedIn would love it to extend to othe platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of the interface. It's quick/efficient to capture leads, add them to appropriate flows, and edit contact details if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of the email addresses it captures for bigger companies significnatly decreases if there are multiple email domain possiblilites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering potential client contact info.
A must-have for anyone in sales!
What do you like best about the product?
I love everything! I've been in sales for 20+ years, used a ton of different tools. LeadIQ is by far the best for providing accurate, up to date information on prospects, and searching for those that aren't already in their database. Saves me so much time and effort!
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a bit of trouble with the Outreach extension, I kept having to uninstall and reinstall it, however that could have been a tech issue on my side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact information can be tough, but with just a few clicks, LeadIQ does all the legwork for me. Always accurate, and the intelligence it provides is spot-on!
Increased Efficiency with LeadIQ
What do you like best about the product?
We love how simple and easy it is to prospect using LeadIQ. Our SDRs have been able to double activity output with the Chrome extension functionality & integrations between Salesforce and Outreach. We've loved the added features like Track and Scribe. Being within LeadIQ everyday, it's been so nice to now easily see personnel changes within our target accounts, find new prospects and craft fantastic messaging in a seamless workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time we haven't had anything with LeadIQ that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data quality and overall team efficiency. Previous tools provided contact data with high bounce rates and low connect rates. With LeadIQ, we've seen bounce rates drastically decrease (3%+) and overall connect rates increas.e
Very good as a first time data finding software user
What do you like best about the product?
Very good extension for finding leads with LinkedIn, love the feature of entering the custom emails that I found in different places, super easy to flick between cadences that I want to capture leads into.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I didn't use any other software I don't have a comparison point and as far as I'm concerned haven't found anything I don't like

Finding emails and phone numbers fast, saving time.
Quality Contacts
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ provides quality contacts to ensure I'm reaching the right person. There is little doubt that I will be lead in the wrong direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a LeadIQ thing, but running out of credits can get frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ helps build out accurate contacts for my personas in my account lists. This makes me job tremendously easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It pulls good numbers and generates a complete list of contacts. Also syncs with apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes syncing with apps can be challenging and a lack of contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate contact data. Easy to import contacts to Salesforce and Salesloft which saves time. Ability to track job changes and promotions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to have the ability to add contacts to a Salesforce campaign while importing. Other than that, I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me a lot of time capturing leads which allows me to focus more on engaging prospects.
