What do you like best about the product?
I use LeadIQ on a daily basis, and would give it a slightly average score compared to other tools I've used in the space. Easy integrations with Outreach, Hubspot, and Sales Nav (though I've run into refresh and loading issues probably once a week with this one).

Simple to use in order to collect contact data, and easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phone# data quality is spotty (we target the engineering persona), updating profiles with new information is cumbersome unless you pay extra for their "one click update" feature which was surpisingly expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides email data and phone#s for prospecting. I've personally had low bounce rate with their email address data.

I like the colors and how it shows why my lead isn't updated into SFDC

half the time my leads dont upload and I have to manually go into LeadIQs website and upload them that way to my SFDC

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use and makes it easy to find and import contact details to your CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many but sometimes can be a little be fiddly if contact details need to be manually input but not often

Getting contact details of key prospects in accounts I am outbound prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to work with. The interface is really straightforward, and it doesn’t take long to get the hang of it. What I love the most is how well it integrates with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator—it makes everything flow so much better. Plus, it saves me a ton of time during prospecting because I can just capture and organize leads quickly instead of manually entering data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the data isn’t reliable—like getting outdated emails or numbers, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ helps me save time by automating lead capture and making outreach easier. The AI writing tool helps me create personalized messages fast, and it pulls contact info straight from LinkedIn, so I don’t have to spend hours researching.

LeadIQ helps me get information on potential prospects such as phone numbers and email addresses. Also LeadIQ helps write emails if I'm unable to come up with something.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Lead IQ provides mobile numbers, emails, has a face that should match the prospect(even when Linkedin doesn't show it). I enjoy the Scribe function immensely. I like the ability to place in an outreach sequence from the widget.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Chrome extension doesn't always work. My scribe feature shows intermittenly leaving me to have to use the website directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Retrieving the contact information of the prospect. Scrubbing their LinkedIn and other sites to help gather data for the communication.

Sometimes there are no numbers and LeadIQ will eat my credits (I think). Annoying when multiple numbers and wrong numbers

Can only capture one LinkedIn Sales Navigator page at a time while other tools allow you to capture an entire search. A lot of emails are wrong

Data quality is bad. Lots of bounced emails and countless numbers with no voicemail greeting.
