Great for phone numbers!
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is the easiest way to get prospects into Salesforce and SalesLoft cadences. This has been one of the better lead gen tools I have used. The phone numbers are great and always the right person with direct dials. Most of the other lead gen tools I have used before only give you company lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
LeadIQ sometimes will populate the wrong email addresses and wrong companies based on the Inc or spelling of a company name. Also, whoever owns the phone line will have the possibility of being the wrong number such as a spouse.

What do you like best about the product?
LinkedIn integration is awesome. Other prospecting platforms directly interfere with the LinkedIn UI which can slow LinkedIn down. By acting as a sidebar, I can get direct phone #s and emails while browsing without interfering with how I consume content on the platform.
Getting cells #s is good, but it can be a double-edged sword. Unlimited emails is a HUGE plus. The last thing I want to do is have to pay for multiple emails from an account when they all have the same format. Integration with Salesloft + Outreach + Salesforce (being able to drop people directly into sequences) is a big time-saver as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you're looking for direct office lines (not cell #s), there's likely better providers out there. UI of the platform itself is a bit clunky (particularly the admin settings), but gets the job done (+ they're building out a new one right now that looks a lot prettier. More technographic data would be great, but they've improved dramatically on this front since I started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the centerpiece of all prospecting is good data. You can be fabulous on the phone or at writing emails, but if you don't have the write contact information its pointless. LeadIQ streamlines the entire process of getting this data + integrates with all the platforms a tech-savy BDR would be using, making getting up and running seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and helps me develop sales leads. It cuts the time in half and you can export list instead of entering it manually. It is useful at guessing emails but I wish it was more accurate. LeadIQ works really well with Sales Navigator on Linked in. The most useful feature LeadIQ has got is undoubtedly it's Chrome plug-in. It is just one tap add to your list and very easy to customize the data as well. I have used DiscoverOrg's plugin as well and I'm afraid even they don't match up to the ease of adding leads when compared to LeadIQ.
What do you dislike about the product?
Half the emails bounce even if it says it works. I have to go in an edit the majority of the emails which is very time consuming. It doesn't work with LinkedIn premium so you have to use it on Sales Navigator which is expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find the names of sales leads on sales navigator. You can export the leads into an excel file and you can even export to sales force strait from the website. It is easy to use which is useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would look at the needs and capacity of your staff and see if your employees have enough time to fix the emails for the leads.

Finds emails as good as anything else we have tested and as good as can be expected from a resource like this. We've tested several others and leadiq seems to lead the pack. Value for us is in connecting with Salesforce and Salesloft for our business dev needs.

Hard to say what I don't like. Works very well for what we need.

If you have high activity business development needs or one-off email discovery needs and if you are using Salesforce combined with any email cadence system, this is a great product.
LeadIQ has a perfect IQ
What do you like best about the product?
Love the simplicity and ease of use of the tool. I've used a couple other tools in my career in sales a LeadIQ seems to be one of the most accurate. Scrapping data from LinkedIn is essential in my role and making sure it's accurate. I've had much more success with this tool than Zoom Info to the tune of 45% more opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the feature of needing premium credits to unlock personal phone numbers and emails. In addition, the tool sometimes gets prospect titles, and names name wrong on imports which can be a nuisance once in our contact manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest challenge in sales is getting ahold of the right prospects. It bridges the gap by enabling our sales team to locate accurate information

Focus on ease of use and providing the most accurate information possible. Then couple that with a clean and neat front-end

Have been able to track down #s for a lot of contacts that I otherwise wouldn't have been able to. The mobile phone section has been particularly helpful. It's also very user friendly

Some missing data. Sometimes it doesn't refresh when you switch LinkedIn profiles

LeadIQ is essentially to add to your tools. Doesn't replace LinkedIn, DiscoverOrg, etc., but adds a lot of value on top of them

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ has saved me so much time in my outbounding process. With the integration between LinkedIn Nav & SalesLoft, I can get multi-threaded by searching and simply importing them into a SalesLoft cadence. This is extremely helpful when running segmented cadences (title, industry, geo, etc). AND it saves a lot of valuable time not having to manually add them to Salesforce.
And the support at LeadIQ has been amazing. I've also partnered with some of the reps to send leads and help close business - hey, Jeremy!

The contact info isn't ALWAYS accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a lot of time & headache trying to find the right people and seamlessly logging them into SFDC & then having to push them into a SalesLoft cadence.

That with 3 clicks you can bring a lead in from Sales Navigator to Salesforce, and start reaching out.

The constant refreshing of the Google ad-in to get the proper Navigator leads to pop up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining an efficient prospecting process for a high volume of leads. Realized that most of the emails are accurate the LeadIQ gathers.
