What do you like best about the product?
i love how quickly it surfaces to me contact information and no duplicates! i love clean data.
What do you dislike about the product?
no speciifc dislike, i think i haven't learned everything the tool is capable of so maybe i need to find a training portal or videos to review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's finding me information and titles so I can quickly reach out.

Prospecting Made Easy

What do you like best about the product?
- The speed at which LeadIQ works is fantastic, you get rapid real-time results, especially when you just need to find a quick number to call.

- The capture function is intuitive, and has a ton of integrations with CRM's like SalesForce and SalesLoft, which is nice.

- LeadIQ is powerful enough to use as a singular resource for prospecting and finding information, but I felt it's true power even more as an additional resource along with something else. LeadIQ often allowed me to cross-reference numbers, letting me cut out the noise from unnecessary numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The only issue I had with LeadIQ was at times I would call family members' cell phones, but that's par for the course and was few and far between.

- I felt at times the emails were never too spot on, just simply copied the prospect name and put ".company.com," but for the most part it was never an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ helps us prospect better and with more efficiency, gathering real-time data and integrating seamlessly into our everyday workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ helps me imporant contacts into my CRM quickly. It has saved me countless hours prospecting. LeadIQ has phone numbers that ZoomInfo does not have which is also super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data quality in terms of phone numbers is lacking- specifically with cell phones. Me and my colleauges often find ourselves calling family members of the prospect me are meaning to reach out to which has created awkward situations many times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Find phone numbers of prospects I normally would not have.
Saves me hours prospeting every week and importing contacts into my CRM.

Very torn about LeadIQ.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Capture function immediately saving to all CRM tools.
2. Possiblity to monitor job changes.
3. If a number is available, it's often direct dial or mobile.
4. Scribe function.
5. Very friendly and attentative support from everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Often no number available which is fatal as this is our only tool. I would like to request the possiblity of searching in additional pools etc. as we're missing out on many opportunities. Cognims always provided us with at least one number which of course often was of lower quality.
2. Scribe's German wording doesn't sound natural and requires many adjustments.
3. When filtering on a company's LinkedIn site on certain personas or fields, the filter is being removed everytime I switch to a differen tab which I often need to do which is a shame. Also the filter options are quite top level - I'd expect more of a tine tuned filter.
4. No company data shown for many prospects which is timeconsuming to adjust manually.
5. After capturing or requesting a number, it is not automatically added to the CRM tools and I need to go back to the prospect which creates a bit of an uncessary back and forth in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Number one goal is to find the right lead and capture their contact data. As already mentioned the filter function doesn't work well for me sometimes, for some company it didn't even find any personas. However, when the right personas were found, capturing went very smooth. Big miss though is that when a number is requested it often takes some time t ocome back when I have already moved onto a different prospect. Whenever the number comes back, I need to go back and capture again.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use on any page of the web within a single click!
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy of data is wrong most of the times!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing leads on any web search pages and it is integrated to CRM and the Navigator tools and it saves time by automating the entire outreach process

What do you like best about the product?
It is very accurate and also love it's scribe tool which helps you write emails.

Get numbers which i couldn't otherwise with other prospecting tools
What do you dislike about the product?
it's system to "capture contacts" is a bit weird and feels like an extra step. rare does capturing a contact without a mobile will come back with one. It would be nice if we can see which contacts has verified info at a glance

Finding numbers for prospect and also using their AI tool to help generate emails

What do you like best about the product?
I use LeadIQ all the time to pick out the best prospects to reach out to. Most of the time I find the correct numbers and emails associated with a prospect!

Not as easy to use on the website, but the chrome extension is amazing!
