What do you like best about the product?
The ease and simplicity of sourcing client emails for prospecting, and uploading them into our CRM (Salesforce)
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take sometime to load, and there are limits to the number of uploads I can do per time period

Easy to Use and Fast for Uploading Prospects
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use and being able to upload prospects quickly

it does lag sometimes and interrupt my screen if i go to another tab

importing contacts for my book of business. It saves me a ton of time and effort
Effortless Data Enrichment and Seamless LinkedIn Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use LeadIQ for data enrichment for contacts that I'm prospecting into. I like how easy it is to add people to flows from a LinkedIn page. I also appreciate that LeadIQ allows me to select which company to add a contact to when they have multiple companies listed. This is particularly helpful because other tools just add them to the most recent company, forcing me to add them manually instead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like some type of pop up saying that if I add someone to a flow and they're already in a flow, to let me know and ask if I'm sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ gives me phone numbers and emails needed for prospecting, which would be hard to get otherwise. I also like how easy it is to add contacts to flows from LinkedIn, and how I can choose which company to add a contact to when they have multiple.
Frustrating

Simple and straightforward product to use - easy UI.

Difficult to reach them. Hard to get a hold of support, or our rep.

LeadIQ - A Time-Saving Tool for Contact Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I use LeadIQ for prospecting and find it really useful for finding emails and phone numbers that LinkedIn can't find. I also appreciate being able to put a person into a Groove flow. Using the extension is a huge time saver for finding contact info and adding them into a Groove flow. Everything seems to work well for what I use it for. The initial setup was pretty easy.

Accurate, Easy Integration for Lead Sourcing
What do you like best about the product?
I like LeadIQ for its accuracy and ease of use. The sync with CRM and LinkedIn works well, making it really convenient for sourcing contacts and finding contact data. The initial setup was very easy too.

It takes a little time to load, but it's not a huge deal.

I use LeadIQ for sourcing contacts and finding contact data when I'm unable to find emails and phone numbers.
Accurate but Needs Improvement in Contact Info
What do you like best about the product?
I like that LeadIQ is very accurate most of the time, providing me the correct emails and mobile numbers to reach the prospects I'm trying to contact. I also appreciate that the initial setup was very simple and easy, which made getting started with LeadIQ a smooth process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy could be improved because sometimes the contacts that I review from LinkedIn have more than one number, and lots of numbers are incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LeadIQ to find the mobile numbers and emails of executives I need for sales. It's valuable because it's very accurate most of the time, providing the correct contact details I need.
Effortless Prospecting with LeadIQ
What do you like best about the product?
I use LeadIQ daily for cold prospecting on net new accounts, and it has been a huge time saver as I no longer need to upload new contacts manually into the CRM. I love how it provides very useful insights on the profile in seconds, which I use to further customize my outreach. Its ease of use and quick navigation are great, as it works in seconds. The initial setup was very easy, making it seamless to start using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I get a message that the contact has not been uploaded because it didn't meet the quality criteria. I'd love for the contact to be captured regardless because even without an email or phone number, I can reach out via Sales Navigator.

LeadIQ is a huge time saver, eliminating the need for manual CRM uploads and providing useful profile insights in seconds, which helps me customize outreach.
A not so promising promise
What do you like best about the product?
I found it helpful in quickly obtaining email addresses for business contacts, pursuing sales leads, and building my pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
while trying to obtain email addresses for business contacts, pursuing sales leads, and building my pipeline, I would often be denied access for "rules" and be prompted to open a paid account to pass this paywall and get access to the contact info, however, after obtaining the paid account, these paywalls were removed and the same contacts previously "protected" came up as empty or wrong.
