Intuitive Mapping with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and easy to use Badger Maps is, which significantly enhances my experience when managing routing tasks. It's a breeze to navigate through and allows me to efficiently map out routes for inspectors across the US. I also greatly appreciate the customer support at Badger Maps; their team, along with the account managers, is exceptionally responsive and always ready to provide help whenever needed. The thorough tutorial provided by my account manager was incredibly helpful and made me more efficient in using the product. Overall, this kind of supportive and user-friendly environment fosters a productive workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a feature that allows us to toggle on and off account locations. This functionality would give a cleaner view, making it easier to manage and visualize routes and accounts more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Badger Maps provides more efficient routing and allows for tracking and visualization of routes and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate using Badger Maps for marketing purposes, specifically for performing follow-ups when I go check-in on offices. It helps me keep track of the last time I visited an office, which is extremely useful for my needs. I love the lasso tool feature as it makes creating a driving route incredibly easy, which is a significant advantage. The initial setup of Badger Maps was very easy, which I find beneficial as it allowed me to start using it without any complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Badger Maps worked better on the phone. The phone version doesn't perform as well as the computer version. There aren't specific functionalities mentioned, but overall, the mobile experience seems to lag behind the desktop experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Badger Maps to efficiently follow up and check in on offices, helping me keep track of the last visits and plan routes easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add customers and leads, then sort them by your own standards, not just factory settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything at this point and time that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to have everything in one place and at my fingertips. It is making finding new clients extremely easy and then having the ability to then sort them out, organizing follow ups, in sales following up is one of the most important things you can do, Badger Maps makes that so much easier and they don't let you forget and if you do you see a different color on the map so you know not one client can "slip through the cracks".

I love using Badger Maps for my work because it allows me to spend less time on the road and more time with client meetings. The route optimization feature is especially beneficial, as it not only saves me gas and money but also significant time, enabling me to travel to all my meetings more efficiently. The initial setup was super easy, making the transition smooth and hassle-free. I'm so pleased with Badger Maps that I would rate it a 10 and am planning to recommend it to my three friends who will start working next year.

I dislike that when selecting companies to visit in Badger Maps, typing them causes duplicates to appear. I can't just type and select; I have to scroll to select, which is inconvenient and time-consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the most powerful tool is the lasso…. To be able to gather a number of accounts, map them, optimize the mapping from your start to finish locations id huge! Save me time, money and headaches!

While the CRM aspect is not perfect, it is helpful and useful.

Identify the current customers, identify new customers and mapping to each optimally saves me time and money!

I appreciate Badger Maps for its ability to track my last contact points with specific clients, providing a visual representation with different colors to easily see which clients need revisiting. This feature is incredibly useful for managing my schedule and ensuring timely follow-ups. I'm impressed with how helpful the application is in geographically keeping track of where my prospects are across large territories, including regions I'm less familiar with. Additionally, the easy import of my accounts through Excel simplified the setup process significantly, which was a delight. It allows me to keep organized and efficiently manage my client interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the mobile interface of Badger Maps could be made easier. Entering new clients can also be cumbersome, as I sometimes accidentally enter duplicates. The application can be complicated to use on mobile, which is my main tool when I'm on the road.

I use Badger Maps for prospecting, tracking clients across regions, optimizing routes, and managing visit frequencies. It helps me efficiently cover my large territory, even unfamiliar areas, by keeping track of when to revisit clients and prospects.

Ease of navigation online and mobile; customer support has always been very responsive; like to features available.

Don't have options to map multiple routes at one time; billing should come out sooner so reps can expense it accordingly

Moreover, the ease of initial setup of Badger Maps impressed me, especially with the support of a very helpful sales representative who ensured everything was tailored to my needs. The integration with Google Maps is also a strong point, as it replaces the need for other apps due to its robust notes function and check-in capability. I've found it incredibly valuable, so much so that I introduced it from my previous job to my current role and have recommended it to our training department for new hires trying to manage their territories efficiently.
