Great Software Experience

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much time and money Badger saves me by getting me where I need to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is the upload process can be a bit worrisome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am seeing more customers, and saving time/gas by using badger.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Extremely effective. Makes my days super easy in a large territory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough CRM options & doesn’t always register all the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Routing is extremely important part of a sales persons day. Being able to effectively route allows more time for visits & less time at home planning my day - Badger does it for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Badger maps is robust, and thus complicated. Connecting to your database on one side and to Waze and/or Google Maps on the other means there are many decisions to be made about what to do next and how to do it. The team at Badger was ALWAYS there to help me figure it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is longer than I'd like, but it is feature rich.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software really does simplify outside sales calls planning and execution. The greatest benefit is being able to rearrange the schedule on the fly and see your options. It saves significant stress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. It's worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
Badger has made our methods of adding prospects to routes ridiculously easy with it's integration into Google maps and Google business. The ability to search by keywords to simply add to an existing route is really user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike would be integration with our CRM (Insightly) isn't a live integration. However, the support team did offer to put us on a beta test list once they are through testing their live integration...so, not only do I know they're working on the one dislike, they took an extra step to help get us there quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business struggled with finding an efficient way to keep track of our last visit with current customers. Badger has not only solved that, but allowed us an extra step of being able to add prospects off a simple search.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of going back to my last check-ins is very useful. Easily being able to drop a pin for an account is a huge plus because I work in the new home industry and often times the streets are not available on maps yet. Also the integration with Waze is very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I zoom on the map of my accounts and they all disappear. This may be more of a phone service provider because it doesn't happen on wifi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to easily report my weekly activity by forwarding the weekly summary is a huge time saver.
I can also easily change plans on the go because if one account has to cancel a meeting I can see whats else is around that I have not visited in x # of days.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its easy to get started when using the upload accounts feature.

Optimization of the route is the best feature.

Location photo is often wrong. Also I have to save a route over and over before it will allow me to look at another.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can type the name of the location in and not the full address.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have backtracked. I will be in one area it takes me to another one 3 miles away and then takes me to the area I was first at. I have selected optimize route but this still happens sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sort accounts by type, design routes for efficient travel and the export ability to capture a days activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Near perfect for my purposes. I haven't yet figured out how to integrate my sales information, but am working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better sourcing opportunities based on regional similarities to top accounts.
