A Day With Badger Maps
What do you like best about the product?
Badger maps is more than a simple routing tool. I use it as a daily business planner. It helps me to keep track of the customers that I haven't seen in a while by color coding based on last check in. The darker the color point, the older the last check in occurred.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data does not update properly. You click optimize route and it takes more than 30 seconds to respond and then you get a failure. I've also seen this same instance happened when trying to access an account. Closing the application and restarting does not necessarily clear up the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and contact management are the two best features. But the recent addition of allowing to add pictures to a check in is also very beneficial.

Would like more categories to customize such as cities

It was down a few times but the team gets it back up quickly. What I know I like, I'd like to see resources to make me better at badger
Works Great For My Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using Badger is amazing and the fact that there are options and filters to make your experience even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that account numbers were listed on the .pdf printouts of the selected route.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is key in using Badger Maps. My days seem to move more productively since I started using Badger.
Fantastic Tool for My Sales Team!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the team can keep track of all of their accounts, I can customize the filters, and it's incredibly easy to put together a route with the lasso tool. I highly recommend this program!
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints whatsoever. Any hiccups or questions that I have had, have been answered by the customer support team in a timely fashion. Gordie is our rep and he has been fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before having Badger, it was very time-consuming putting together daily sales routes. The lasso tool has fixed that issue and my sales team loves it! They were also able to get rid of all of the paper job records that we had before. The app is so convenient to talk to text in the notes. Love it!
Easy and quick to use
What do you like best about the product?
You can save schedules and adjust as needed.

The app on the phone tends to glitch often but works perfect fine on my laptop

I haven't said anything about the glitches as I rarely use the app on my phone

What do you like best about the product?
ease of rearranging stops. easy to follow. very simple to establish accounts and to edit former. we have 3 routes that the couriers use satisfactorily! former users of maps and streets

you have to manually save what you're working on before going to another task. in the past, if the operator did not do this present work would either disappear or revert to the previous day. daily schedules include the import of email and phone requests, so other than scheduled stops there are usually route changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i love that you can see an actual visual of the establishement . when stops are saved to PDF and printed, this process happens easily. new clients that op for the courier service are easily imported

Badger maps has been a great tool for notating, navigating, and profiling accounts and prospects.
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful tool that Badger provides is route optimization. It is almost flawless execution, but even despite its minor flaws, it is leagues above any other similar service. I also like that I can add stops to my account on the fly and reoptimize to keep the rest of my route unhindered. Being able to look back on my saved routes is also extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not utilize the timed aspects of the app, but only because my experiences vary so much from stop to stop. The background data that Badger uses is also a bit overwhelming when trying to stream music or podcasts on the road. Service can also be spotty when updating (while other apps work without interruption), but I have noticed an improvement recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, route optimization saves me an incredible amount of time. What was once a tedious task for the night prior to hitting the road, has become an effortless click of a button.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the maps are very easily updated and edited. The routing options make things super easy to organize and plan my day plus my salesmen's days. I've had a few questions and parts I was looking to customize and I was able to get support to help quickly. Best part is when you need to export your reports or information. It gives you everything!!! Super useful to my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding members to your team takes a little longer than I was hoping but the support got me the help I needed. I was hoping I would be able to just add them immediately and assign them accounts but it's a bit more of a process than that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving communication problems between salesmen and management. It gives us a plethora of information to share so we can help accounts even if they aren't one of our daily accounts or on our route.

Badger Maps Makes Field Sales Efficient and Easy To Manage
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I love how productive you can be with the platform. It used to take me hours to go through my CRM, search engines, and notes in order to get a solid route built for each day. Using Badger Maps, I'm able to visualize and map based on proximity to an appointment, a route to another customer, a circular route to a specific point (my house or hotel), or any other need I have for route planning. It features methods to route the map efficiently, plan stops with estimated times (so I can make sure to make appointments on time), and other productivity tools. It has saved our company countless hours of planning, countless days of driving while prospecting, and thousands of gallons of fuel. Finally, our account rep understands our integration needs with our CRM and the engineering team makes changes very quickly and accurately for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have asked for additional module integrations with the program which are currently under being worked by the Badger Map software development team. The ability to link both Leads and Accounts modules would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badger Maps has greatly helped our sales team have more face-to-face opportunities with prospective customers. Our trainers use it to identify customers close to their training sessions in order to stop in to see customers, supporting our sales team. No longer do we have reps making "STAR" routes (traveling from one end of the territory to the other), passing by prospects and customers) and more. Notes are integrated, along with a whole list of CRM fields so that the rep can see what's going on with the customer before they walk through the door.
