Save gas, save time, save money
What do you like best about the product?
Badger maps makes it easy to compile multiple destinations into an easy to follow an efficient route that will save your driver time and gas
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about. The only thing that would make it better is if it was free

What do you like best about the product?
Love how helpful the customer service is in helping get more out of the product.

Sometimes have difficulty with cell service and can't get information.

Making more efficient routes for day. Keeping track of customers and keeping timely schedules with them.
Badger Maps is a great combination of a simple to use and mobile-friendly CRM with a map function.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Badger Maps is the visualization of accounts for ease of route management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is fairly costly for what it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a solution for faster sales route planning all in one location.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a nice complimentary software to other tools in a successful field sales stack.
Great App for Delivery and Install Routes!
What do you like best about the product?
The route optimization is the most helpful, especially when having hundreds of stops.
What do you dislike about the product?
The route saving was confusing. Every time I would select a different route I would get a prompt to save it, even though there were no changes, so it ended up saving over previous routes, and messed things up. Not the most intuitive, and I could use some clarity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badger saved a ton of time planning my route. I realized the Check-in feature, and think it could help me keep track of where I've been.
Great app and program for outside sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of finding the accounts I need to visit then easily creating the best route to service them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app itself can be a little buggy but overall is still useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines my visits and makes me able to get more done.
Makes my travels SO much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to choose the accounts I want to visit, and optimize my route with one click is fantastic. Huge time saver. And being able to visualize in tiers- great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The app glitches on my phone sometimes and I use it on the road a lot. Difficult to edit a route, or view things in the tiers I've set as a filter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimizing travel time, visualizing my prioritized accounts, and setting an agenda to time meetings and stops along the way.
Great service - pricey

The lasso tool and the ability to add and delte accounts

The price was a lot for what you get. But I really liked the program

One main problem I had was figuring out what routes would be beneficial for multiple drivers so their spots were all close together. With the lasso tool it was super easy

They have a free trial. I used that first to make sure it it the bill

data base of shops to sell, products to at the tap, of a button.We are saving time and money by being able to save time using badger

What do you like best about the product?
Badger has been a great tool as it has allowed our company to monitor salesperson activity to a degree we have never been able to before. Our sales team finds the software very useful, particularly the notes and smart routing features.
What do you dislike about the product?
One small issue we have with the software is was importing an existing contact list. This was mainly difficult because the list we were trying to import was not well optimized or organized - not really the fault of Badger. However, our account manager made this process as easy as possible for us with his help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of sales person activity and accountability/proof of activity. Badger with its verified check-in feature has solved this issue and truly bridged a gap for our management team.
Badger Makes Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the time saving properties of using the app. I love that I can plan my route on my PC and then access it via my phone while traveling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have different views. I cover several states and wish I could look at the states individually. The map is a little slow sometimes and zooming in and out can be fidgety.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before the job I have now I had never traveled for business before. This program has made that transition so easy! I am very productive with my time.
