Great product for our sales route planning and a mini crm that works for our small business
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, Very responsive tech support the experience has been excellent from start to implementation

Like all software, the initial cost was a shock, But I have to be honest now see its value for the money

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy program to implement and use as I added my accounts to create sales territories. The difference maker was having Michael Cruz contact me today to see how I was using the product and what gaps I was experiencing to enhance the service. He took the time to walk me through the features that I needed to make this tool more useful for my project

I appreciate the personal touch and customer service. I have used off and on for years and when i reengaged with my agreement I struggled with the customer service as it was all email and not personal

mapping of territories and finding lost opportunities using places to pinpoint opportunities

The fact that it can draw the info from my calander.

Dislike, non that I have not had explained or resolved by Badger.

What do you like best about the product?
I have saved countless hours using Badger Mapping to map and plan efficient routing. They also have the best customer service and will work with you to meet your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement would be searching for destinations not included in your saved accounts. Sometimes when planning a route, I have to add a new physician and office and the search function is just not easy or convenient to utilize in this instance. You can search by going to places and searching for the provider or office name, but I would love to see the search function improved in future updates. I would also like improvements when a stop is scheduled, and others are flexible. I set the time of meetings for any scheduled stop-by's, but when the route is optimized, it does not account for timed stopped-by's and will shuffle them in the route without considering the time.
It would also be nice if the software could consider a company's hours or schedule. I occasionally use the route suggestion option, but I have offices where the provider is only at a location one or two days per week. I wish the software could recognize this information once I have updated it in the account and then, at the very least, give me an alert letting me know there could be a conflict based on the saved schedule information.

A must have for your sales team
What do you like best about the product?
While I enjoy the interactive map style interface, I'd have to say it puts me at ease knowing my reps are actually putting the work in the field -- while remaining organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get that customization is different on a user basis. However, there are a number of items that need to requested for that I wish were already implemented.

Organization, optimization of routes, trackability and accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
that you can create routes and do updates on the fly, like adding new stop to the rout and that you can know wich route you need to work on.

I would like that the routing system works better, the routes are not done perfectly by the AI. link between google maps and badger is not perfect.

routing problems, where did I go, when who did i met, whats the last time i was there, how many sales reps I need for routing.
Super useful - especially in new territory
What do you like best about the product?
I like the route building tools with the lasso so I can decide what I want to include to build my route. I also love the optimize button so I can be more efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
If I want to put i quick account notes it does take a little digging to add these in, a quick add button would be nice, or if I was at a location it would be cool if it would give me a notification like- "Do you want to add a check in"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Route Management/efficiency and account note tracking. Its a handy database for account contact/address in lots of situation. This has been especially helpful in a new territory for me where I do not have previous relationships.

It helps me stay organized and visualize when I need to stop by clients again.

I wish there was a way for me to favorite the locations (make them a star shape or different color or something) so I could see which accounts are my target accounts.

It helps me to remember who I talked to and helps me to remember names. It also helps me to stay organized and know how long it's been since I've visited my accounts, so I know when to go back.
The initial process was a little confusing and had issues with uploading clientele.

I appreciated the mapping and directions as they were printed out.

The mapping is a little questionable -- as I used it I noticed alot of backtracking in the territory which added extra time and mileage.

Right from the start the mapping component was what I was most interested in -- In the past, I did it myself and was hoping that this would alleviate alot of time and stress and do it for me.
A helpful field sales tool for prospecting and working the sales process to close.

Places! I love the local search feature that shows you local industry-like businesses!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a "map print" feature. I wish I could print an area map to show prospecting Clients a visual of other businesses that are Clients already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't see much of this - emails and updates from Badger and what's new are not present with Badger Maps marketing. Need to keep users more informed of what's new.
