What do you like best about the product?
The mapping feature and weekly reports. The mobile app makes it easy out in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish business cards could be uploaded somehere within the account instead of only in photos on each checkin. I would also like to see subaccounts within an account. I have offices that I visit with multiple people and I have to create multiple accounts for each person. Sub accounts would be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping routes, finding close accounts, and logging visits

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the mapping and routing functionality for managing the most efficient routes to travel, between multiple, ever changing times and locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had no dislikes, during my addmittedly short time using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it as part of a pilot travel project. Reaping rewards now, so I expect to reinstate the application at some point in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it helps me to find leads in the areas I am working and optimizes my route.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can not use more than one place search together. For instance I can only search Medispas, but not Medispas and Aesthetics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
not having any problems at this time.
Nothing truly negative to say but could use some updates in the future.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitiveness to pivot from planned stop to unplanned stop while using the app daily but then also have the ability to customize and pre-plan my routes down to the minute via the website. I have used other mapping programs but decided to give Badger Maps a try and haven't looked back.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have many dislikes but the one that comes to mind is not having the ability to have different account lists. This would be the one improvement that I would like to see in future updates. If I cover multiple areas but only want to focus on a specific area, it would be great to be able to break it down without viewing my entire map.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I cover a large territory with many accounts and often I try to plan my week in advance with prospective customer stops so utilizing Badger Maps to help nail down specific locations to be the most effective is why I continue to be a supporter.

They simplify everything, and streamline the process very effectively. I have used them for the past 6 years and will continue to use them with my new company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a more customizable way to color-code the customer pins on the map.
For example, I want to be able to color-code customers that I have open bids for (mostly because our CRM system is not the greatest).

they are solving wasting a bunch of time on the road, and instead, allowing users to be more efficient by planning routes.
Great product a little technical
What do you like best about the product?
I like using the app to put a visual perspective to possible clients. I like that it will give you a route and help plan days. I like that it gives weekly updates in report form.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its very technical to export sites to in a formation that is easily filtered. Some of the cells when uploaded dont need to be filtered. It would be nice to only have the option to select what information or cell uploaded to filter. Also would be nice to show all update information that is uploaded in one area. Not on 3 different tabs for account. I have not really used the customer support. But so far the product and people I have talked to have been good and easy to talk to. I am still in trail and error with product. But I could see using this company wide. I would like to see this used daily within my company.

Customer service is unbelievably. Always available and always get s as person. They start on the phone until the job is done.

Nothing, I have never had a bad experience

It helps me to navigate through unknown areas and make my time more more efficient. It is very effective in torture planning and easy assets if you need to adjust.

Easy mapping. Can upload pictures now. Overall good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being Red/Green colorblind and with no option to colorize with my own choice of color decreases the functionality for people with this disability.

Route tracking with history is great
I love the platform, it's incredibly helpful and saves time, but is pricey

The way you can optimize your route makes it so easy to go from one clinic to the next
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too expensive. $60 a month is a lot. In the app my company is using now, you can scan business cards and create a profile, label the clinic and more.

It's keeping all of my accounts in one place, easy to find and easy to write your notes. It also optimizes your route to make your day faster
