Easy to Implement and Visual, but Pricing Felt High for Simple Map Layering
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and implement, easy visually to see and route
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing for us was the struggle where we were only looking to layer maps and didn't need the routing feature. It felt costly for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have a visual of accounts was the biggest benefits for prospecting + account management
Helpful Area Insights for Smarter Sales Recommendations
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales support back office agent it helps me have a better idea to where should I recommend the sales rep to check. In addition it lets me explore what is close to the area to give better insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I don’t have enough experience with Badger to say there’s anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are having issues with the sales team being too independent. A problem its solving it helps us see in the map and start using our AI tools for recommendations and suggestions placed in a map. It will help us monitor and check the cost of a route and the revenue it gives to involve the sales support department to make the sales team transform into another thing.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and navigate. The support team is always ready to help.

So far there are no complaints. They are pretty quick to address any issues.

Navigating our drivers quickly and safely without taking up too much time.
Badger Maps Sets the Gold Standard for Route Planning and Territory Management
What do you like best about the product?
Badger Maps made me feel like I wasn't alone in the field. I could import accounts and jobsites from a spreadsheet, but also while on the jobsites. The lasso tool was very helpful as well. I loved being able to divide my territory up into different routes that were optimized for best path.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing negative that I can say about Badger. It is the tool by which I will measure all other apps like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of my accounts, jobsites, and prospects organized and trackable. I am earning more because I am uncovering every stone in my market.
Easy to Use with Excellent Call Routing Data
What do you like best about the product?
it was easy to use and provided excellent data that was useful if you were routing calls

The only thing was that it was not able to integrate with Zoho CRM under my subscription level.

pulling in all of the types of businesses in a geographic region and routing those businesses
Boosts Sales Team Efficiency with Intuitive Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
I love how visual Badger Maps is. Once we upload our accounts, we can quickly see where we are over and under saturated with our customer base. It makes us far more efficient in creating territories that our sales reps can visit. By seeing where our accounts are on a map, it becomes obvious which territories we should focus on more. The initial setup was also very easy, making Badger Maps a wonderful software for our team.

It hasn't really changed in the many years we have used it, not sure if it has needed to though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Badger Maps to map customer locations and design territories, making us more efficient by identifying where to focus sales efforts. I love how visual it is, as it helps us see over and under saturated areas quickly.
Effortless Routing, Needs Zone Accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to save the homes into the accounts and then just being able to look them up. It solves not having to take care of routing them personally. The initial setup was fairly easy. Using Badger Maps is very timely, and I also like that I can rate it a 10 on a recommendation scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
In one of our zones, it doesn't find the homes properly or route them in the way that all other zones do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badger Maps handles routing for our teams, saving us from doing it manually. It's timely and allows me to save homes into accounts for easy lookup.
Intuitive and Essential for Route Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find Badger Maps easy to use and very intuitive for my needs. I frequently use the lasso feature when creating new territories every fall. Importing my excel spreadsheets was straightforward and easy.

Nothing - very happy for what i was using if for.

Badger Maps visually shows territory coverage and helps me know which route new customers will go on.
Facilitate Lead Management in the workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease with which a map can be created. I especially value the ability to quickly create a route and head out into the field to look for new prospects, which allows me to use my time better. Even though I haven't fully learned how to use Badger Maps yet, I find it quite simple and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's not working very well for me. The way I can classify and revisit or schedule the appointment, the app gets stuck a lot on the phone, and sometimes I can't make it run smoothly, I have to restart the app.

Badger Maps simplifies my work by locating points on my local map, making the process more efficient.

In my new job, I have about 150 accounts. The annual membership is more difficult to justify. A special price based on the number of accounts would be needed. I will use the application for a few months during the year (monthly subscription).
