Loved that you could search through all connected apps
What do you like best about the product?
Helped me in knowing more about my teammates, the docs that we share, and their calendars. The homepage was showing me a comprehensive view of how my day looks like and what emails/messages did I get. I really liked the UI as it is simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few more integrations would have been great. Like loop, etc. I don't have any dislikes yet as I'm yet to utilize the complete features that Glean provides. I hope the UI doesn't get complicated as we add more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glean is organizing information from multiple sources in one dashboard-like view so that I can access all the information from all these apps immediately. And it helps me search through all of my apps easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Glean is I don't have to think/guess where the information I am looking for can exist (drive, confluence etc). I can just start typing and it will pull it all together for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really for now. It has integration with the majority of the systems that we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glean is helping me be more productive in my work. Also, the privacy and security controls ensure I don't have to recreate them once we switched to Glean.
Glean is a super powerful internal search engine, 10/10!

I love Glean for internal search, it does a fantastic job and I feel super organized using it. 10/10 would recommend!

Not much to dislike here! Keep up the great work Glean :)

Glean is creating a better solution to internal search.

Glean is super helpful in searching across my company's internal resources - wiki, google drive, service now, etc. It's also super helpful to see my company directory and each employee's tenure!

I wish it was easier to learn the more advanced search techniques (e.g. shortcuts to search a specific app's data).

Not really that much, we are in pilot program so far, not all the data sources are open to Glean index.

For me it's like a knowledge tools, I can serach for the related or inter-projects/teams knowledge. Make my development more effecient .

Glean just makes finding everything so much easier and more convenient.

Nothing really. It gets the job done pretty well for what it advertises it to accomplish.

Glean is aiming to make enterprise search easier, and it greatly benefits my productivity by making it easier to find documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
It easily allows you to ask questions and find resources across all your company's systems. In less than a few seconds, I can instantly have the best possible answers across Slack, Guru, Dropbox, Excel, Zendesk, Help Desk, etc. Being a CSM at a new company can have its challenges. There's a lot to learn and many places to search to find the information you need. This tool makes it sooo easy to find what you need. It's simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool finds what I need when I need it. Have not uncovered any bugs or corks thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are so many places to look to find the information I need to do my job across our tech stack. Glean simplifies all that and saves me a lot of time finding what I need when I need it. Makes it easier to handle calls and follow-ups.

1. It integrates all the systems I use daily - Jira, slack, confluence, and our engineering documentation in a straightforward search interface. Usually, I can find anything I need, and it ranks it based on popularity and access to the documents. Therefore I tend to receive very up-to-date results.
2. It allows me to have a query-answer functionality integrated with slack. That helps to find out answers to day-to-day questions quickly.

Blazingly fast and very high quality results
What do you like best about the product?
Glean integrates with all the Saas apps I use on an everyday basis, from google docs, slack, workday, JIRA and confluence among others. Since we installed glean, I have never once gone to the individual interfaces for these apps to search for anything. Glean is very fast. The browser plugin makes it even more effective. The quality of results is awesome, and it can nearly always guess the right data source to retrieve the content from and rank the results appropriately. We also use the announcements features to publish items we want folks to know broadly.

I just hope that Glean can retain its simplicity going forward

I equate the arrival of glean to the arrival of google.com over yahoo. Finds all our internal information within miliseconds.
