Lives up to promise as company-internal Google!
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive to use- I now go to Glean before bubbling up questions, as it often brings me to the documents/slack threads that would likely be what I'm led to had I bothered my coworkers.
The for Glean to search through my private messages also makes it invaluable in knowing that it's likely searched through everything I already have access to.

What do you dislike about the product?
Glean's frontpage is attempting to be the central hub for all users by integrating with things like your calendar and message mentions, but I think these integrations need to allow you to either respond messages/calendar invites to be truly useful as a hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often need to find references or documentation for problems I encounter on the job. Having gone through multiple sources and migrations of company documentation Glean helps index and compile all the information without having to hunt through multiple sources of information.
Easy to navigate and keep everything organized under one roof!
What do you like best about the product?
With the constant paltforms we use here, it is so easy to lose track of where things live, with Glean they make it simple for us to see where said documentation lives, easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing! everytime I use it, I can find what I am looking for quickly and efiiciently. thank you for making a product that does what we are looking for so well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of folders that we would have to sift through or people to ping to find something took a long time! The fact that we can search for a key word quickly and be able to find what we are looking for is GREAT!
Productivity Increased and Search made easier
What do you like best about the product?
Glean is very helpful during work everytime I need to search something my first step is to open Glean and most of the times, I get the required stuff within minutes without hoping here and there. This is because glean has made these searches so easy that I don't have to go and search multiple places individually. Really Time Saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing observed so far. If something comes up, I'll update here.

The problem of hopping multiple places to search something relevant was really irritating, but Glean has solved that! I love it!

What do you like best about the product?
Glean is the primary way I find documentation and messages at my company—it is extremely helpful in aggregating many different tools and finding the content I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, excited to see more customization options in the future
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of working on many different apps at once and not having an effective way of finding information across all of them; it has greatly increased my efficiency.
One-stop solution for all my questions!
What do you like best about the product?
I can find answers to errors/issues/problems in the past from a single location rather than search over multiple sites like Slack/Confluence/Drive etc. Our company has even started using this as a verb - "Just Glean it". Documentation is easy to find and weighted (most relevant results come up top). I usually don't even have to go beyond the first ten results.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would also be great to have Glean show results from the codebase as well - we don't have a solution for that in our workplace.

Helps find past incidents of bugs/issues/setup problems etc.

I made glean my home page on my work laptop and I love it. Fast and easy to search for information and documentation across the entire company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to sort by newest to oldest but can only seem to filter by "this month" or "this year" etc. Although this may be a misunderstanding on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much faster searching results for internal information. It searches everything for me not just one source. For example it will search within zendesk tickets, slack, and highspot concurrently.

Glean has made it so much easier to search for the resources I need. It is so easy to use and has saved me so much time not having to search across many different platforms.

I have no complaints! More filters would be nice though.

At my company there is an abundance of search tools, so it is nice to have an all-in-one search tool. This saves me a lot of time when having to look for any resource.
Easy to use, good for internal searching

Searching things throughout slack is very helpful since Slack does not have a way to search among different group chats. Google does not support different app searching either

Glean acquired ACIO at some point, and https://app.askscio.com/ used to lead to my logged-in glean. Now I cannot use this option to access this search. I wish I can have this back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick search of internal data among multiple platforms, such as slack, google doc, GCP, confluence and jira. Very helpful for internal data search. I also enjoy the metioned wedget.
Glean has been so helpful in my role at a large technology company.

Glean makes it so easy to find information on internal document repositories and within Slack. I would recommend this tool to any company trying to make their employees jobs a lot easier.

No dislikes at this point. I haven't found anything yet.

Glean is providing a Google like experience for companies to use for their employees. It makes jobs easier to be able to find crucial information that allows you to be successful in your role.
