A task management workhorse
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a workhorse. I have never found a task management software that does so much and allows you to automate your workload to the extent that monday.com does. While I appreciate software systems like HubSpot and Salesforce, the level of task management just isn't there like with Monday.
I will say that for a Product & Engineering team, JIRA makes more sense but for more creative or operations-based team Monday.com crushes!

What do you dislike about the product?
While monday.com does have a lot of crucial features within its portfolio, many are not within their lower paid levels or even within the higher paid levels; you have a limitation on how many you can utilize when it comes to automation. It is frustrating to have an automation triggering, then suddenly stop without much warning.
The only way to continue the automation is to upgrade your account... Not the best experience for a new user who is trying to make the most of the features they have available to them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love how easy it is to navigate! It also helps with teamwork and projects, and I especially love the doc feature where we can place all our team notes!

I wish it integrated better with Excel sheets!

It helps our team with efficiency and communication. It allows us to know each others task and collaborate better.
Great tool for project and team management

Monday is highly customizable, which allow me to use it with several different activities!

Monday integration could be easier with Google Calendar, but once it's set, it works greatly

Monday helps to integrate information that we receive from different sources, so we can analyze and act way faster

The way it is structured to provide organization and help delegate tasks effectively and how everything can be managed at all levels and help us to keep communication in the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just the fact that there's so many things that I don't know how to use and how some of the tools work to help me save time and sometimes the tutorials are not very clear or there's no tutorials for what I need.

Time tracking and organization of the tasks that are being delegated to the team, as also the management of projects and the tasks that are assigned to each team member

The configurabilty is the most useful. Mapping different processes relating to each departments different workflows enables us to use it across the business.

Monday.com takes a fair amount of change management to effectively implement in a business.

Visibility on all departments workflows which is very important when scaling a business as we are.

So far, Monday.com has exceeding my expectations.

Monday.com enables me to customize each project and create the workflow and reporting cadence as fast as each new curveball is tossed into our ring.
The price is right for the size of my business.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the user interface is easy to follow not just for me but all my employees regardless of their technology capabilities. It serves my business from both a sales perspective and from a project management perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might be something I haven't figured out yet but I would like to be able to lock boards so other users can't delete the board by accident. Again, it might be my lack of investigestating more but I'd like for there to be a customer service line to answer questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a central hub for all of my employees to utilize. My sales reps. My project coordinate coordinator. My digital marketing specialist and my book keeper.
Monday.com for Business and Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I have found Monday.com helpful in my current and previous jobs. At my last job, we used Monday to accurately and efficiently manage our whole sales pipeline in a manufacturing business. This was very useful for driving customer success with quick and reliable production. In my current role, we use Monday.com to manage tasks and projects as a team. This has been great for keeping everyone in check, conversing, and being productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am having a very difficult time thinking of stuff I particularly don't like about Monday.com. I would say overall the software is great and has been very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped solve a lack of communication between projects. Before Monday.com, many items or tasks were getting lost or forgotten about and this has really improved our project management.
