Monday.com is like having an assistant at your fingertips! I love how organized and professional it helps us be.
CRM for Boutique Financial Services company
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to build and customize for your firm's needs. Having ZERO experience with a CRM the project took a couple of months to build out. The cost and intuitiveness of the software makes the product very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations to connecting boards. Boards are independent of one another which can make a seamless connection between boards not always possible (ie. updates not copied over on both boards or subitems). You will need to go to third-party apps that are an additional charge monthly. Monday.com does not integrate with many apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking lead generation and connecting the team together. A workspace where everyone works from makes it seamless to track progress and efforts. Reporting is very valuable as well.
Great Management tool for a medium sized team
What do you like best about the product?
I use it as a design request board and it is an easy way to keep track of briefs with all the important details I need to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that there is a lot that it can do that I don't know how to use. It would be good to havemore how-to's or videos to show how to best use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves briefs being given by email - which sometimes misses out key inofrmation I need to be able to do my job. On Monday.com it has all the relevant categories.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an awesome tool for tracking my tasks unconditionally. Such an outstanding tool. And the features in it are most needed for IT platform. Really loving it and I'm amazed by its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX in mobile need fixes as they are not fine with different mobile devices. Also need more videos on how to utilise each of the icons in the tool as I was not aware of the uses of the icons in it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to track the task individually also it helps to see the old data as well on time with simple search and filters. Those storage related management are super fine.

Monday is very helpful when it comes to keeping track of your job and organizing your assignments cases. I feel more secure working when I know I can rely on Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not know how to use all tools about Monday but it would be great if Monday could send us weekly tips on how we can improve by exploring the tools and discovering new ways of using it.

Monday keeps the flow of my assignments much easier and helps me to catch up on my assignments, remind me of important tasks, and I can keep my team work informed of my progression.
The Best Planning Tool I've Tried
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the ultimate tool I use daily for my tasks in the marketing department. It provides me with the variety of tools, flexibility, and versatility I need quickly and intuitively. Its integrations with other platforms are excellent and allow for smooth communication among team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change is the ability to view the same workflow on multiple boards simultaneously and have any changes made in one board automatically reflected in the others. If this feature already exists, I haven't been able to implement it easily despite my efforts to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track all of my weekly activities and allows me to easily see what has been completed and what is still pending, prioritized in order of importance.
Very intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the easiest platform to use, with very intuitive, simple and complete ready-made templates. I use it on a professional account, where each of the employees has their own area. Within this area, I can create various groups of elements, with different purposes. Particularly, I separate my tasks into daily activities (monday to friday), but I also have an area with all the monthly tasks. Moving from the "monthly" tab to "daily" is very easy. Everything can be divided into several subtasks, and professionals can be allocated to each sub-item within the platform itself. It's really wonderful, and I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing I can think of that could be improved is more color options when creating groups of element, like pastel colors. But this is purely aesthetic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on a website with a small team, but the tasks are many and of many types. The monday helps us organize ourselves properly, and see what has already been done, what is being done, and what needs to be done. All this with the possibility of adding: deadlines, people responsible for the activities, notes, links, sub-items, and even documents. It helps a lot in the organization of the team, and also individually.

You can have all your projects at hand, it helps you keep your deliveries in order, I love that it notifies you of the status of each task and the communication between work teams.

It is necessary to have more readily available the way to program each board automatically, as it is difficult to find how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me make my work more efficient, meet deadlines, review each project in detail, understand the workload, and see how to solve it to move the work forward.
