What do you like best about the product?

This tool was—and still is—a game changer for our team. It helps keep our performance best-in-class, the onboarding process was straightforward, and it continues to be a key part of our success today.

What do you dislike about the product?

Connecting boards can be difficult. For example, when we’re running an event, I’d like it to be simpler for the board’s action items to connect directly into the actual owner’s board. In practice, there are a lot of stakeholders and we manage the work from the event work page, but it isn’t smooth to have any design-related elements automatically appear on the designer’s board.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it for everything—from making sure we’re meeting SLAs to keeping our budget on track with easy reporting. The dashboards make it simple to spot when something is off. It’s the most important tool our team has.

What do you like best about the product?

I’ve used a lot of work management programs, but Monday.com keeps me in control at all times. I also love that clients can send in requests with attachments and other pertinent information. It’s the closest thing to a creative brief, presented in a simple, streamlined form.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing on your end. I think we have to refine our forms for clients. It would me awesome if a notification was sent to client when I pick the job up.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves communication problems and task management

What do you like best about the product?

I like that, even with minimal knowledge of relational databases, the only real limit is your imagination, because you can handle tasks ranging from the simplest to the most complex. It’s not just project management software; it also lets you create your own modules or even build other management systems tailored to what you need.

What do you dislike about the product?

Access to the software is straightforward, and it has made it easy for everyone on my team to stay connected while consistently delivering excellent project management.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monday uses minimal resources while still maintaining high speed. It has been a real help for my project management: its ease of use lets me get my work done smoothly, and I can also configure it and adapt it to my needs without hassle.

My favorite aspect of monday Work Management is that it is a visual and highly customizable project management tool. It has everything one could ask for in terms of flexibility of the boards, automation of processes, customization of dashboards and collaborations, and ease of use without having to do anything difficult in order to set it all up.

Monday Work Management helps solve issues related to disorganization, absence of team visibility, and ineffective project management through the use of customized boards and automations.
The application is helpful to me since it allows for better collaboration among the team members, minimizes follow-up actions, and ensures that I can monitor project progress in real-time.

The entire platform is customizable, and it lets me create multiple boards for different uses.

What do you dislike about the product?

The first column title is “Item,” and I can’t do anything with it. I’d like the option to move it or delete it on the boards where I don’t use it.

We use it to schedule several different trades in our company. It lets the techs in each department see only their own scheduled items, and it also allows them to update their progress themselves.

What do you like best about the product?

I use monday Work Management to track projects and permits, and it helps ensure we don't miss deadlines. I like how easy it is to use and appreciate the trackers and how everything connects easily. The initial setup was also easy and good.

What do you dislike about the product?

Maybe the mobile app. It is not as easy to read and navigate as the computer version.

I use monday Work Management to track project permits and statuses, ensuring we stay up to date and don't miss deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?

The product feels robust and extremely intuitive to use. I especially appreciate that it includes one section for structuring the project and another dedicated to risk management. It also offers task tracking and a Gantt chart for planning. Overall, I like how simple and easy the program is to work with, while still providing enough features to build practical, useful schedules.

What do you dislike about the product?

Finding Monday was a huge relief because it includes all the features I expected, and then some. On top of that, the support has been better than I anticipated, with responses that are both fast and accurate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’ve been planning projects that run for months, with multiple workflows and dependencies between activities. Monday lets me manage all of that in a way that’s straightforward, yet still effective. The reporting is excellent, and I especially like that the reports are customizable, so I can export them and send them directly to clients without having to worry about branding.

Automation and relieving our company of manual day to day and paper tasks

What do you dislike about the product?

In the two support tickets we have opened there was not a real resolve of the issue. Support team did not seem to be as knowledgeable about the product as we would have hoped.

What do you like best about the product?

Out of many of the competitors, Monday offers a customizable task management system that allows you to follow work flow charts.

Doing in a way that is simple for users to figure out.

Tasking and workflow management.

It helps us complete tasks on time and stay aligned across different projects, so everyone remains on the same page.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have not seen anything that I dislike about Monday - for our group not everyone is familiar to use it at it's full capacity. So in most cases it's user errors.
