What do you like best about the product?
Honestly the best part about monday.com is the easy integration, format that is self-explanatory (drag and drop style), customizable and can be updated as your processes or needs change.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a contracts managment software and moved from emails and shared drives to Monday.com to provide greater visibility to everyone in the approval chain, implement status workflows, and set reminders for upcoming expiration dates, and track historical changes made to the agreements.

What do you like best about the product?
The range of use-cases, features, and tools makes almost anything feasible to build and execute within the platform. Automations are an absolute force for generating metrics, tracking/updating project status, and defining processes. Ease of use for new users has also been a key factor for company-wide adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation management, especially for boards with large quantities of automations, can be improved. Some integrations, for example Hubspot where board items are created and updated based on the changes made on the other platform, lack detailed activity tracking for when the automation fails. Similarly, it can be difficult to discern how certain integrations are supposed to work due to lacking documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Previously did not have a way to generate and track metrics for all projects, and tracking current progression/status was done ambiguously; Monday automations and project management boards provided a way to easily update projects while simultaneously creating key performance metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly monday.com is. As an event coordinator, it keeps me organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the app version of Monday.com was a bit easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows all of the event coordinators to be on the same page of what is done and what needs to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to add 3rd parties with out extra cost, and a great tool to have a omncannel for project management
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost per user on enterprise licesing is expensive

What do you like best about the product?
That everything is in one place and I don't have to open alot of apps.

There is nothing that I can think of right now.

What do you like best about the product?
I made a Board to break down all the tasks that need to be done every week. Then at my weekly team meeting, we go through the Board which becomes the agenda for the meeting. It keeps us focus and on track,
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could use my keyboard buttons more (tab, shift tab, etc.) to move to each column instead of clicking with my mouse. It would be great to be able to use Pgup PgDwn, Tab instead of clicking with my mouse for every field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have all our coaches put their notes in one place which solves the multiple emails we used to receive before.

Works well in Chrome and wish it worked as well in Safari.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large team working on various projects. Monday.com keeps us all in sync. We are able to review previous work and pick up to get the next step completed. It is an amazing tool for teams. The automations make it that much better.

What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendly interface and highly customisable features allow us to tailor our workflow to meet our specific needs. The visual project timelines and task tracking make it easy to keep everyone on the same page and ensure the deadlines are met.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to integrate with other tools sometimes a bit overwhelming specially for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the standout features is the flexibility in creating boards and ease of assigning tasks. Automation capabilities have also been great, reducing manual repetitive tasks and allowing our team to focus on more important task

What do you like best about the product?
I like how there is so much to be automated, you can streamline some process that would normally take ages. Great and efficient supprt system. Also very simple to automate, dont have to be a genius in order to use it or create automations. Intergrates with a wide variety of other platforms, we are a google company and is extremly helpful you are able to intergrate it with Gmail. I personally use this daily in order to keep track of tasks that need to be done and very simple to implement with whatever systems you work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside i have is with the vast amount of platforms that you are able to intergrate with some are rather limited in what you can do, Google Calendar for example, as I wanted to use it to send invites/ create a task for me whenever a event was created on a certain calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving issues like having to send out multiple emails for one order, instead now everything is automated just with a couple clicks.
I also use it as a ticketing system, so saves us quite a bit of money as monday.com is alot cheaper than another ticketing system software - like ZenDesk for example
