What do you like best about the product?
I love that monday.com is so user-friendly and intuitive! It's simple to use on a basic level, and if someone wants to use its advanced features, Monday provides an array of tutorial videos (which are SO helpful). I also think it's the most visually appealing project management software available. I compared many, I I also come back to monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only bummer part of monday.com is that there's no way to have a "single user" account. Obviously, the project management software is meant to be used with teams and colleagues, so I understand the reasoning.
I'm a project manager for a small healthcare company, and unfortunately, my colleagues are just not interested in using new software. So I use monday.com by myself to organize my time and project management - it's still very useful to me, but it's a shame that I have to pay for unused seats.

monday.com is solving my previous problems of inefficient work! Monday helps me to streamline my workflows across various projects and departments within my company.
Centralization and Ease of Use with Necessary Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of Monday Work Management. It is a platform that adapts to my own needs, allowing me to freely configure what I need to share workflows. Additionally, I highly value the ability to evaluate everything in real-time and the availability of real-time information, not only from a laptop but also from a mobile phone. This allows me to stay informed and manage operations efficiently, centralizing everything in a single application. I don't need to use different applications, as all the information is at my fingertips thanks to the Monday mobile app, which ensures that the entire workflow is known in time. The platform's interface is easy to understand, facilitating its handling and initial setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited number of users that can be had according to the plan purchased in Monday Work Management, because when I need someone to just view information, that license becomes too expensive. This means that some users who could benefit from having view-only access are left out of the program because the cost is not justifiable for that purpose alone. Additionally, I think the viewing experience and participation in work groups could be easier to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday Work Management to centralize all company management, from purchase orders to tracking quotes and recording leads, achieving excellent records with our clients. The mobile app allows me to have real-time information and facilitates workflow.
Incredibly flexible project management and database tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is incredibly flexible. You can make it into just about anything need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of its flexibility, the time for properly setting it up is pretty extensive. However, if you just start using it, it can morph and change over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because we have multiple types of media projects that we develop, we can't have a one-size-fits-all tool. We need flexibility. I can use different boards and structure them differently to meet the needs of individual projects.

I searched for a long time for a way to organize all the tasks for each of my clients. I have found that monday.com is the best option for an affordable price.

I like the tool because it has a very intuitive interface to use and for task management both to add relevant information and to signal time for each task

As a company employee, I see that sometimes Monday fails when we add new features to it, as the response time is very high.

projects and teams are managed on a single platform, centralization of communications, files and project updates without having to switch between different tools and task assignments, reminders and deadline management keep teams organized and accountable.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is structured to allow you to communicate with your team members in the most advantageous ways possible. Our ability to store and organize project content on the site while reviewing and cross-comparing data replaced our need for other platforms. Its multitude of applications and tools continue to impress, with upgrades rolling out regularly. Its customer support team makes a concerted effort to listen to its users' needs and apply solid improvements that streamline usability.
Monday.com is a mainstay for our team now due to its applications and project management tools. I frequently use it each day to manage and implement new and ongoing projects.

I would say that Monday.com may sometimes have too many tools, which spreads out the material so far that I sometimes lose track of how to access or locate something.

Monday,com is provided the tools I require to manage project timelines, track applicable project content, communicate and collaborate on that project and report out as needed.
