Helpful task management tool
What do you like best about the product?
You can use this tool to plan tasks and track their progress. Tasks can also be distributed to team members and processed by them. You can create templates over time so you don't have to start from scratch each time, saving you time. I use Monday every day to organise and manage my work.
Not only do I use Monday for task management, but I also create installation boards to keep track of the progress of sites in a project.
For example, Excel spreadsheets can be easily integrated.
Setting up automations takes a little time at first, but makes work easier and more efficient later on. With a little routine, it can be set up quickly.
If you have any questions, customer support is available and usually responds promptly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although time recording is possible, it is somewhat cumbersome and not practical for everyone. An additional app that allows you to book current working time to a project would be a great function. This would be easy to implement in the working environment without additional programmes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to planning tasks and monitoring their status, I also use the tool for internal approval or even holiday planning.
The use of Monday helps us daily in organizing our work.

We have a lot of micro-tasks in our work. Monday helps us in planning these and greatly facilitates our work organization.

Excel with logic: It helps structuring your work and processes with many integration possibilities (via Monday or Zapier). I like it a lot and makes our work in many cases easier and also in sales documented

Automations & Integrations in the standard package are very low with 250 each

Ease of Integration of Softwares
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides a detailed informatin on the progress of tasks which leads to more work efficiency. Knowing the tasks on progress and approved makes workflow organized and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike in using Monday.com is that it does not provide real-time updates on deleted medias as it still appears on the mobile phone whenever I check it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Monday.com tasks assigned to me feels like a heavy load of workhours but right after switching to Monday.com task can be simplified as to what are the prioritis of the day or week making working such an ease and organized.
Does almost everything you want
What do you like best about the product?
Monday's hierarchy of tasks and including checklists within tasks adds enough layers of task management for our project management needs. We also appreciate the "My Work" view which gives a good overview of scheduling for each individual. Being able to add custom tags and columns gives us a lot of flexibility in how we organize and track tasks within projects that are different depending on the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish Monday had an overall Activity log that would show individual's completed tasks/updates/etc. Currently there is an activity pane on each Item in a Board, but you have to know which Item to open to see that Activity, and it is limited to that Item only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday provides an organizational base for our business, bringing all our tasks together over all our current clients.
Great for Work Flow
What do you like best about the product?
Monday provides a quick looks at pending task that need to be completed. I also really like that you can attach files to the comments that saves our company time. We use many softwares in our firm, but Monday provides a great visual representation of the tasks that need to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could get overwhelming with the capabilities that monday has. Proper training will be worth the time.

Monday allows our firm to manage our bookkeeping tasks. It allows our bookkeepers communicate with our accountants to work together. It has solved the issue for multiple team members requesting the same information from the client.

• Nothing to highlight. Monday.com is feature-rich, affordable, and simple to install.

• Because of our improved organization and efficiency in handling several social media marketing efforts, we are now more visible to clients online. When searching for a comprehensive project management solution, Monday.com is the program of choice.

A game-changer for your team, project management and tracking in general!
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the functions! I use this on my team of 3, and we are working remotely. The option to assign projects to specific individuals, tag them in comments, add attachments and update statuses are crucial to keep our team in the loop while working apart. The ability to add subitems, the ease of use and how intuitive the options are, we are huge fans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only deterrent is the cost! We wanted to roll this out to a larger number of folks within our organization, but the cost was the deciding factor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to manage projects and track which employee has completed which step, linking documents, updating statuses and more. It is also helping our Mentors track their Mentee's progress, meanwhile providing visibility to their supervisors as to what content has been covered to date.
