What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly best app with task tracking and scheduling.
Most admirable for allocation of project tasks.
Great to do mass updates for many projects all at once.
Spontaneous for team communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more collaborative app with task editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very efficient for team collaboration to update or edit tasks.
Efficiency for mass update to multiple projects.
Great to track the milestone on project.
Phenomenal with setting realistic goals project.

Like spreadsheets on steroids

What do you like best about the product?
This system can be used for just about any work management application you can imagine. It has just enough built-in functionality to make it user-friendly, without creating unnecessary restrictions on the ways you can use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it's hard to think of any major downsides. I'd love a built-in Google Contact sync feature, or an app that does that. Also, it would be nice to have the ability to restrict access to boards by assigned user and by group, but that feature is currently only available in the Enterprise version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to basically design our own CRM to our specifications. We tried several different CRMs before we discovered Monday.com, and found them all to be too restrictive, and insufficiently customizable for our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
In Monday, it is possible to create integrated dashboards with various types of visualization, which ultimately speeds up the visualization of a process or project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be an integration with WhatsApp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More and more, Monday expands its range of updates and innovations, and this contributes to our work day after day.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how things are visually well explained, the demands of my company are always very organized, and automation helps a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time ago he was a little unstable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday used to be very unstable in the past, nowadays that's no longer the case.

What do you like best about the product?
It is every easy to work with and to teach people on how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for how much it costs per month.

Monday.com has helped us in making sure we are organize and not forgetting any jobs that need to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
Great flexibility and easy to setup the boards as we want to help with productivity. I've not had to contact support yet as very intuitive.

The comments and Monday docs are really good to document things.
What do you dislike about the product?
* No template when creating a new board, you have to adjust manually to match the layout of existing boards.

* Can't do a public share of Monday docs, they have to be logged in. Sometimes we want to share things to a lot of external agencies that dont have Monday login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of our ecommerce tasks require a lot of detail and URL links, other task managers cannot handle this data or do it in a non-efficient way.

We have found Monday.com the best way to track our tasks and prioirise them

Amazing Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It is very customizable and can do just about any thing you need it to do. We use it across multiple teams. It is easy to use, easy to deploy, and easy to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support does not have a phone number and is all done via chat. Can be inconvient at times however the few times i needed support the chat representative was able to assist and resolve the issues I was having.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a single platform that integrates mulptiple teams together.

What do you like best about the product?
Task management and the ability to keep everything in one place. Being able to use it a lot of different ways is helpful. Email notifications are helpful as well as the Slack integration
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing when you first get started using it. Implementation isn't super quick.You really need to get used to it and build it around how you like to work
