Efficient but room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc makes document creation and management incredibly easy. I love its intuitive interface, seamless e-signature functionality, and robust integrations with other tools like CRM systems. The ability to track document progress and get real-time notifications is also a game-changer for efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While PandaDoc is a powerful tool, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes, the formatting options feel a bit limited, especially when customizing templates. Additionally, the pricing can be a bit high for smaller teams, and occasional lag when loading large documents can be frustrating.

PandaDoc streamlines the entire document workflow, from creation to e-signatures, eliminating the need for manual paperwork and reducing turnaround time. It helps me keep track of document progress, ensures faster approvals, and integrates seamlessly with other business tools, making collaboration more efficient and organized.
A Great Investment To Save Time and Simplify Life With Templates
What do you like best about the product?
The simple use of variables and the template library are such a huge selling point. Its very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really any so far. Customer support is quck and helpful.

Contract and template management has been amazingly simplified.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc helps me keep track of all my contracts with new clients and existing. By far the payment collection feature is my favourite. This helps centralize all actions in one flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad to say. I can send and receive contracts as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps me stay organized, track contracts, and even received payments.
Quick contract creation
What do you like best about the product?
The speed of drafting a contract and sending it to the client for electronic signature. We have tracking of our document and we know at what stage we are for the signature between provider and client.
What is great is the ability to create templates for different documents.
Very practical and efficient for creating and sending documents to different people. A crazy time saver on that.

The service subscription but which can be adapted according to the contracts or documents generated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A time saver on document exchanges. No more waiting to receive the contract, print, sign, and scan to send back to the provider. This whole process is over thanks to Pandadoc with electronic signature.
Completed the signage process efficiently.

Due to working in a remote program, PandaDoc makes it suitable for signage with contracts and appointment confirmations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It allows you to open the document one time. So Once you open the document, you need to complete the entire process because when it closes, you cannot reopen it.

Time management and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I did a chat but it wasn't quite working so I asked to speak with someone. Daniela came on and we a zoom call where I could share my screen. She allowed me to navigate under her expert watchful eyes. She guided me seamlessly as she knew the software very well. In less than 5 minutes we were done and I had been trying to figure it out by myself for an hour. Thank You Daniela!

NOTHING, it's a great product that my company owns and I get to use it for creating proposals to my prospects.

I create a proposal that generates interest and helps to close deals.
