Fast, Intuitive Contract Creation with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
Speed is key in my business, and PandaDoc is intuitive and helps me generate executable contracts quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I have discovered, except maybe auto toggling on features like sending through SMS and email every time

PandaDoc Makes Document Creation and E-Signatures Fast and Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use. It speeds up document creation through templates and automation, and it makes e-signatures and tracking straightforward—helping teams close documents faster with less effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I’m aware of, really. It’s a good product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps us eliminate manual, slow, and error‑prone document workflows by automating document creation, approvals, and e‑signatures. As a result, we’ve reduced turnaround time, improved consistency by using templates, and gained clear visibility into each document’s status. so we can close agreements faster with less back‑and‑forth.
PandaDoc Makes Contract Edits Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE pandadoc for being able to EDIT contracts - if you have a general template but need to make small adjustments, pandadoc works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had more in the free and trial version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one contract template for the influencers we work with - and being able to edit each one because they all price differently.

What is most valuable?
I appreciate the HubSpot connectivity with PandaDoc, as that is helpful for our team. In my opinion, the best features PandaDoc offers are e-signature, editing, and the connectivity with HubSpot.
PandaDoc has positively impacted my organization by helping to move the approvals faster and get the agreements in. The approvals are now one or two hours faster. The HubSpot integration specifically helps my team by saving time, as we can connect directly from HubSpot to PandaDoc.
What needs improvement?
PandaDoc can be improved at the interface level, as it needs some improvement because it is not user-friendly. The pulling from the content library is a little bit difficult. We want to update any content library and pull it back into the agreement, and that area makes it difficult.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using PandaDoc for the past eight months.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
PandaDoc is stable.

PandaDoc's scalability is good.

I have seen a return on investment, and it is time saved.

The pricing experience is a little bit higher, and we want to reduce the pricing according to usage, so that is an area we want to focus on.

Before choosing PandaDoc, I evaluated other options such as DocuSign.
What other advice do I have?
All features are good, and I do not have much to add about them. My advice to others looking into using PandaDoc is that it is a great tool for a growing company. I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.
Robust Tracking and Integrations, But Pricing Feels Excessive
What do you like best about the product?
Robust e-signature software that has detailed tracking and integration with other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is absured. The formatting on elements is a bit clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used PandaDoc for 5 years for quotes, contracts, and e-signtures.
Easy to Use and Confidence-Boosting for Sending Signature Documents
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use and gives me the confidence I want when I send documents out for signatures. I rely on PandaDoc to help ensure the integrity of the information is protected.

So far there is nothing I dislike about PandaDoc

Getting contracts or agreements to customers who don't live close to our office or unable to come into the dealership.
Easy to Use, Increases Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc easy to use and appreciate its customization capabilities. The doc builder and workflow configurator are really helpful, allowing me to create templates and use merge-field-like inputs that significantly boost productivity, saving me time on document creation. The initial setup was super easy. Switching to PandaDoc from Adobe and DocuSign was driven by its user-friendliness and pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more integration options, like directly integrating M365 into my Outlook. Our CRM, M365, and other internal tools are not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc improves efficiency in sending contracts for e-signature and lets us eliminate Adobe PDF and DocuSign. Its customizable templates and merge fields save me time, enhancing productivity without spending too long on a single document.
Strong Automation & CPQ, But Rate Limits and Plan Caps Can Get in the Way
What do you like best about the product?
Workflow automation and collaboration, dynamic pricing tables and cpq functionalities
What do you dislike about the product?
Rate limit impositions, request body size limiting to 2mb, also something's on subscriptions plan features like you can send upto 50 docs on trial account.

Variable issues, document recovery and resend feature
Seamless Integration with monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Integration into monday.com, means we can have multiple systems but everything is in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes editing a document that has already been sent, and then having to resend

Helping us to send out documents/orders to clients and keep track of them within another of our internal systems

The pdf download of documents can be a bit finicky at times.
