It can feel a bit complicated at first and does require some training to get comfortable with it.

PandaDoc Makes Contracts, Signatures, and Payments Simple for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
As a company we use pandadoc daily. I really appreciate how easy PandaDoc is to use, especially for our less tech-savvy employees. It makes it simple to create templates, add signature boxes, send contracts, and then receive and track payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there’s nothing I dislike about PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that once a contract is sent, I can immediately invoice the customer, and I can also track payments to see what’s on time and what’s late.
Easy Information Corrections and Helpful Reminders
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can correct information, and it also sends reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading time can sometimes take a little longer than expected.

Easy Setup, Great for Account Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc very easy to use. It provides a good paper trail or email trail of what customers have agreed to, and it allows us to set out all of our terms and conditions in a simple, easy-to-understand way. The initial setup was very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was an issue with the payment. Our annual subscription was taken from a card that I no longer use.

I find PandaDoc very easy to use. It gives us a good paper or email trail of what customers have agreed to, and we can set out all of our terms and conditions in a simple, easy way to understand.
PandaDoc Makes Document Workflows Simple and Easy for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use and helps simplify the overall user experience. That matters to us because some of our employees aren’t especially tech-savvy, so having something straightforward makes adoption much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that the final step—finalizing and clicking the last “Done” button—isn’t emphasized enough for our users. As a result, they sometimes close out of the document before saving, which then forces us to backtrack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has been fantastic for streamlining consistent new-hire onboarding documents across all of our branches, no matter the location.
Easy Contract Creation before, but the Latest Update Buggy with payments and Less User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Pleviously it was easy to create contracts in it and attach payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The person who designed last update is definetrly not the User friendly type. It's buggy and it cost us contract signatures and payments with Canadian clients. Slow response for a fix, especially when it is money related.

Inexpensive and Easy to Use for Sending Client Contracts

I love the inexpensive cost and the ease of use. I can quickly send out contacts for my clients to sign with ease

I wish it had more integrations but so far the worst thing I find about panda doc is is the limited customization options.

Effortless Proposal Creation with Time-Saving Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love easily filling out the text variables in PandaDoc because I can fill out the variables in one space and it saves me time by filling out the rest of the blanks for me. It's really awesome! The saved content library also saves more time compared to using Word or Adobe. The initial setup was pretty easy.

PandaDoc solves the problem of creating and customizing new documents. I love filling out text variables easily, which saves me time. It replaces Word or Adobe, especially with its saved content library, making drafting proposals more efficient.
Drag-and-Drop Ease, but Formatting and Word Conversion Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The drag-and-drop functionality makes it easy to create, edit, and customize documents. It also speeds up repetitive tasks and supports automated workflows, saving a significant amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some formatting limitations in the editor, and I’ve also run into issues when converting documents from Word. Once a document is sent, editing options are limited, and I often end up having to redo it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I switched programs, so I really can’t say much overall, but at the time it was nice to use.
Easy-to-Use PandaDocs That Speeds Up Document Signing and Templates
What do you like best about the product?
As a case manager, I use this system a lot, and it’s very easy to use. It cuts the time in half when landlords and clients need to sign and review documents, which means our clients can get their needs met faster. It also saves our documents so we can reuse them as templates instead of creating a new one each time, and it’s simple to assign fields to different individuals to complete. I really love using PandaDocs for the work I do.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I create a document and then want to add someone to the document, it is confusing and hard and so I end up creating a whole new document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The wait time of having clients/landlords come in or mail in documents is eliminated. It allows us to complete funding faster for our clients and also helps the landlords and clients by making all of processes easier.
