What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc for finalizing contracts and sending change orders, and it has been a game changer for our department. I love the ease of use and appreciate that it's user-friendly, making it simple for our customers to figure out with minimal assistance. The auto-fill feature and the ability to import custom documents are fantastic. I love that I can place fields as needed and easily make changes. It speeds up the entire process, allowing us to get virtual signatures on most documents and improve our ordering process. Reviewing older documents is very simple and user-friendly too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier/more direct way to download the signed document to my computer. I typically have to refresh the page to get the 'download' icon to appear. This should appear after the signature is received. For me, the initial setup was a little challenging, but that’s because I wasn’t added to the correct team (user error).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc eliminates the need for in-person visits for contract finalization, making it easy for customers to use with minimal assistance, and it speeds up the workflow with features like auto-fill and virtual signatures.
Easy to Use with Great Redlining and a Straightforward Approval Process
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and helpful extra features. I really like the redlining capabilities, and the approval process is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needing white labeling to get contracts to most clients and being charge for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need electronic signatures on our contracts, and PandaDoc handles this really well for us. It’s also helped us expand into other areas that used to be done manually, like proposals and quarterly business reviews.

I like PandaDoc's excellent learning center and academy, which has been really helpful.

There have been changes made to the settings of my account not initiated by my organization, and support can sometimes take longer than ideal.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how PandaDoc makes the entire process from start to finish smooth. The templates are fantastic; they save a ton of time and keep everything consistent without the need to double-check every detail. Having a base to start from instead of constantly rebuilding documents is a huge time saver. The initial setup was super easy, especially with the onboarding, which I highly recommend. It's also great to work with HubSpot. Overall, I find PandaDoc super easy to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability to place a PDF directly inline into an agreement. It would eliminate a step for the customer if they were able to see it visually right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solved our scattered agreement management, cutting down manual edits and back-and-forth. Templates save us tons of time, keeping documents consistent without double-checking every detail.

What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc very easy to use. I'm really excited about the AppConnect features and using it for automation, which is helping to make things more efficient for us. It allows us to focus more on our clients without spending too much time on the back end. Our contracts and subcontractor agreements are now quick, easy, and fast, which is a big help since those used to be time-consuming for us. I also appreciate the great support from Maria, who provided quick links, offered free credits, and was overall very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're a little upset that it's going to charge us for the tokens, like the credits, and we were not aware of that in the beginning. Otherwise, we would not have spent $40,000 to upgrade our CRM to fit with the enterprise plan. But it is what it is. We'll see if it works out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for event contracts and agreements. It's easy to use, improves efficiency, and saves us time on the backend. With AppConnect, we look forward to further automating processes.

I also value the signature feature, which simplifies the agreement process by removing the friction of printing or scanning documents and reduces the need for back-and-forth emails. The initial setup of PandaDoc was very easy, which was a big plus for our small team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design experience could be improved. I don't find it very intuitive to create documents that are both practical and visually polished. Just make it more similar to docs, have multiple fonts available, make it easy to change the doc background colors and customization.

I like PandaDoc for its ease of creating document templates, which are easy to format and update with lots of flexibility and optionality. I also value the saved blocks of content feature that makes updating multiple templates at once easy and reduces human error. Additionally, PandaDoc helps with sending documents in bulk and capturing or validating signatures.

The reporting features are very minimal and inflexible. We're unable to gather data from custom fields which is invaluable to us.

These metrics and monitoring measures make it valuable because we didn't have them before. The initial setup was extremely easy, and the CSM support has been excellent, making the onboarding and ongoing management smooth for our organization. Overall, PandaDoc offers a valuable solution at a fraction of the price of competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration library could be more robust as it hinders greater adoption. The biggest integration improvement I'd like is with Workday and ServiceNow.

I like how simple PandaDoc is to use. The ability to have templates that I can easily reuse is great, and it's super fast to send out a document. I use the templates tool the most as it enables me to send the same document over and over again easily. The initial setup was super easy.

I don't love the recent changes to the user interface. It makes it take a little longer to input text into a document and send out.
