What do you like best about the product?
The Tokens, templates, and ease of use are ideal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The JavaScript issues and rogue bullets when you try to delete more than one bulleted item at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales. We use Pandadoc for proposals, contracts, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes some time to setup, but once it's in place, it saves SO MUCH time!

Templates and Blocks facilitate building customized proposals for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of communication of values between two different pricing tables.
Server latency.
Duplication of Catalog items.

Proposal Generation. Fast Cycle time.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the app's flexibility. Also, PandaDoc is continuously updating the program
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything, except perhaps to correct a typo on a completed .doc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, creating contracts was labor intensive. Now, with PandaDoc, we are able to create .docs in less than half the time it used to take us.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is online and the user interface makes it easy to put together proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tools that would help make proposal creation easier for example to add lines in the middle of a table rather than adding at the end and scrolling endlessly. Also, possibly a lockout function so that two people aren't accidentally working on the same document at the same time because only one person's work will save. Also, if there is any way to structure the back end so that cache clearing and logging out have to be done on a regular basis otherwise there can be massive lag to try and enter data into a doc. At least that's what customer service told me the reason was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A relatively quick and easy way to put together clean, professional looking proposals with consistent looks across the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Can be very useful because it's accessible anywhere but has some hiccups still that bog down the experience.

Not much to dislike here but would like to see better global analytics when using multiple workspaces.

Works brilliantly , really intuitive. Definitely contributes to positive conversion rates.

can be fiddly to create documents, but good once up and running

Support is great chat with a support rep inside the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the template builder could be a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending legal contracts and website proposals to clients. Then storing them for later reference.

Good software for e-signature

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty easy to create templates. Good analytics tracking after the doc is sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to edit live documents or apply discounts per line item as it applies to every line item. Support is lacking a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving efficiency in the e-signature process. It does what it is supposed to do with minor hiccups.

Shitty basic app

What do you like best about the product?
It's automated. It's pretty much all I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't decide the spacing between the text. Cost hundreds of dollars to implement to salesforce and can't work well. Some parts don't appear when we transform them into a pdf. Some changes in the templates don't save. So you think everything is alright but when you create a document they change it back to the previous version. No control whatsoever on the page/text format. Can't believe I pay for that.

Find something else.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to build and send a proposal. Many of my clients are impressed with how quickly I can get proposals over to them and a big part of that is how quickly I can build the proposal in pandadoc
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had much I dislike from a sales and user perspective. I know my boss who manages the API side of it has had some complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't want to spend a lot of time writing proposals. I want to get in and out pretty quick. I do want my clients looking at the proposals and I want to know when they do and how long they spend on each page. The analytics give me that capability.
