PandaDoc is killing the competition with it's features and price point
What do you like best about the product?
When I moved to PandaDoc from another digital signing tool, I was hesitant about how well it'll cover my requirements, given the low price point. But in my 4 months of use, I have not been disappointed once.
- The UX is very streamlined and user-friendly
- A timeline bar on your home panel helps you track your recent documents
- The option to create templates comes in handy, many times
- You can create documents and letters from scratch or have them drafted for future
- Certificate for e-sign that is widely accepted
- SSL encrypted website and SOC2 attested data storage
- Integrations with pipedrive, zapier, salesforce
- Option to add teams

What do you dislike about the product?
There's no limitations except that I could not void or cancel documents on the low-tier plan. I could only delete them. Another thing that I noticed was the billing details attached to each document. Often times when I am not sending invoices or bills, the billing tab set to $0.00 does not make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're in the market looking for a tool to help you with managing contracts with the in-built functionality of e-signature, do not look elsewhere. PandaDoc is the all-in-one tool that'll help you maximize your efficiency in terms of management of your letters/invoices/bills and keep a log of everything for anytime you might need it. Also, the certificate of digital signature makes it legally binding and saves you the hassle of manual signature and bonds. And it's all super secure. The website is SSL encrypted and the data storage is SOC2 attested. Also, it helps you with customized branding and allows payment gateways to be linked in. Go ahead with it and you'll see the advantages from day one.
Simple and Friendly to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Super quick and easy to upload documents, add the necessary digital signing elements, and send to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor issue is having to continually resize the digital elements. I always resize the signature and date boxes, but need to do so on every document vs changing a default setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID, its much easier to complete full service quotes and estimates from afar. I can quickly get clients to agree to projects within social distant guidelines.

The simplicity of the program! It is so easy to use.

Absolutely NOTHING! PandaDoc meets all my expectations.

It's hard for people to find time to come into the office, or they don't want to because of COVID. It eliminates both of those issues

Just use it!! It will make your life so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has allowed us to grow and adapt in our proposal and contract services. It's easy to use and allows us to build a content library to save us time to quickly input saved content that we use most often. They have also been extremely helpful when we have questions or technical issues to make our templates even better in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the formatting can get a little off in our documents but it's never a deterrent to using the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to chase contracts with PandaDoc. I'm able to easily track documents, see what portions of contracts and proposals my prospects are utilizing. The biggest benefit to us is also being able to share and brand our documents with our prospects and customers. As a small business with only a couple of clients when I first started using PandaDoc, it was easy to see the time savings to have a system that's not just a standard PDF. Our clients also love that they can securely sign electronically or pay without issues.
Great app for obtaining signatures quickly and efficiently!

User experience: it is a great tool to allow for multiple signatures and it even allows for customization of order in which signatures can be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes adding the date for each user can glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to obtain signatures without meeting face-to-face, which bypasses having to mail out documents and then wait to receive them back.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend if you have documents that require a lot of signatures. Especially during the pandemic, it allows for no face-to-face interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity -- Takes me less than a minute from start to finish!

Haven't quite figured out how to edit mistakes.

Efficiency with candidates and internal HR process.
So easy to use, and intuitive!
What do you like best about the product?
I upload the doc, mark wherever I need it to be filled, voila! It even remembers the size and shape of the previous action for that field, so I don't have to keep resizing. I have used other platforms too (some of the big names) and they are cumbersome to use, and make you go through hoops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. In *my* opinion (which may not mean much), there could be some subtle changes to make it even easier to use, but there really isn't a real complaint.
It would also be good to remember me so I don't have to keep pushing the "login" button. That annoys me, and my users, and I'm sure many others.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to sign NDAs, insurance papers, wills, vendor contracts, and anything else that requires works with 2nd-party-required information.

What do you like best about the product?
The service is free, user friendly, and fairly intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free version could support templates. We send the same form to multiple people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the issue of obtaining consent in this new virtual world. Consent is required from the clients for most of the services we provide and this service makes it fairly simple and easy.
A fantastic tool for our business
What do you like best about the product?
Great interface, fully customizable, easy to use and fantastic catalog features. We use this on a daily basis in all departments, be it for sales, accounting, and everything in between. The tracking features are fantastic, and greatly help with follow ups on proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice if there was an option for clients to upload PDFs or Excel sheets to proposals when we enter the onboarding phase. Also when using the Chrome extension, if you click outside of the page where the document is displayed, it closes the page. That can be frustrating and a waste of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and centralizing all of our quotes and invoices in one place, integrating with all of our sales tools such as Slack, Pipedrive, Zapier and Gmail. Receiving an alert every time a client consults a proposal has been a huge get for us, as sometimes in the past, while using our previous software, we never heard back from clients receiving proposals. Problem was often that the client never received it (it was either filtered out by their emails or was blocked by a spam filter). Now we know when to follow up and it helps greatly. We had no way of knowing this in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking at integrating proposals, invoices, product catalogs and tracking of deals, as well as integrating with other apps such as Slack, Pipedrive, Gmail and others, this is by far a safe bet.

I love the intuitive way PD is designed. And, if I need help, there’s someone available to help.

Sometimes the program freezes and there are glitches.
