It's an intuitive tool of contractual management
What do you like best about the product?
Possibility to create/import/sign document quite easily and intuitively contracts and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Impossibility to work simultaneously on the same document + impossibility to work on different workspaces at the same time + fields that are moved to the wrong place when a document is closed and then reopened + copy/paste issues (some paragraphs are purely deleted when we upload a Word Doc. for example)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to manage effectively our scale-up as a start-up and the signing of contracts with our 6000+ customers. We have been able to generate templates for multiple contractual documents (Contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Photo authorizations, Terms and Conditions, Data Protection Agreements, etc.) to cover all the various situations and interactions that our company has with its suppliers, partners and customers.

Messaging via PandaDoc. So easy and fast

I can't think of anything! Everything ok
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating templates for our contracts - which are easy to do. It's also easy to communicate with your clients via PandaDoc. I thought that feature was really nice. It is also easy to navigate! And it guides signers through the signing process!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate the program. It makes it so easy for my customer's to sign their estimates from their computer or phone without the hassle of printing and scanning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to put a standard email into the proposal without having to pay extra. Also Automatic reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to print and scan is wonderful.
Best Work Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease and speed with which I get my documents released, signed and returned. The clients find it incredibly user-friendly and the chance that paperwork goes "missing" on a desk or in the ether is removed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am having no problems with Panda Docs and I LOVE that I can get paperwork back immediately. The expiration dates that can be set are a HUGE advantage when I have special promotions or when I have clients that take longer than I'd like to get signatures back to me.
Using it all day every day, and frankly there's nothing easier.

The ease of assigning fields to myself and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Signing orders cause problems at the best of times, and not being able to change the order after it is sent is slightly annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I send documents across the country daily, and because of this online platform, I am able to get people registered for school, without the wait of postage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend building lots of templates, if that's the type of business you do. Keep them ready to go so that you never find yourself behind.

Simple layout, easy to modify, seamless sending.

The amount of copied templates can get out of hand if you let them.

Best proposal builder I have used
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, customize for our needs. We have used other proposal builders and PandaDoc was the superior experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. At the time there was not an integration between PandaDoc and our CRM (HubSpot). But I believe that has since been developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allowed us to create continuity and consistency in our sales process, as well as keep a centralized record of our client agreements.
Great Document Software
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is that fact that it keeps logs of customers for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
the expiration notifications are a little annoying but can be turned off
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending and receiving e-contacts, also helps we track my sales pipeline.
