Flexible, and simple integration. Better than Rightsignature by lightyears
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it works seamlessly within Salesforce. I can upload my docs for signature. Can use templates. Can create automation sequences... It's very user-friendly and my sales team picked it quickly. I also have access to all my sales team documents, can see their activity, and can also communicate with them on the progress of the agreements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some of the tutorials are not really tutorials. They are sales propaganda.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce integration, and templated line item integration, and signed document automation

Simple interface. Easy to use and easy to learn

In general, the software can do a lot, but there are limitations, and the customer support does not seem interested in feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Microsoft word and exporting to PDF with our contracts. This changed everything for us.
The Underratedness of PandaDoc's Reminder Feature
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc's Reminder Functionality has been extremely useful in getting those busy clients of mine to sign order forms in a timely manner. I love that the reminder's come anonymously as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
My one and only gripe is the inability to edit a pricing table that's generated from Salesforce. To change the price, I must create a new pricing table and copy over any relevant information from the previous table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc makes generating and securing renewals and expansions very, very easy. The order forms are easy to fill out, share, and secure.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to interface sales documentation with legal requirements and expedited signing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes some effort to set up the document retention system.

Streamlined the process from sales contact through the document generation process.
FREE SAFE AND EASY TO USE
What do you like best about the product?
HOW EASY IT IS TO WORK WITH. AND I DONT HAVE TO BE CHASING CUSTOMERS TO SIGN THE DOCUMENTS.

I DONT DISLIKE ANYTHING ABOUT IT YET. I AM SATISFIED

E-SIGNING DOCUMENTS SO PEOPLE DONT COME TO THE OFFICE ON THIS PANDEMIC IS PERFECT FOR INSURANCE AGENCIES.
Great Site - Worth it to Sign Up and Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to custom fit the forms to my needs. There's a free option. It has good notifications. It saves my client's data in a secure way. We struggled with Adobe Sign and this site has been a salvation for us. I have clients who sign on their phones or tablets; it's a major upgrade. It helps us to meet our deadlines and requirements. Really a big blessing. Thank you, PandaDoc. The name is easy to remember, and I get email alerts at each stage of the process. You can add multiple different custom templated items to the document. This comes in handy, as you never know what you need on there. It is easy to upload pdfs to the site, and the client just has to do a couple of clicks and they are set, ready to go. Great product, great site, and very easy on the eyes and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's confusing if I should use the email option or link. The screen is also very busy at times. Really, there is not a lot to dislike. It is hard to tell where the free option is on the sign-up page, but it is there. It takes time to learn at the beginning, but it is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am btaining remove signatures in a safe, certified way. This is very important for mental health workers, we do telehealth or people ae not always there to sign.

Go for it! Use it for sure.

I just figured out you can add multiple attachments to one file to be sent at once instead of separately.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't have a lot of extra time as a business owner to deal with administrative tasks, so to be able to use a tool that infuses a lot of creativity into the tasks I need to do is incredibly helpful. I really like the templates to search from, and I really love that it integrates with Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike the most is that I have to upgrade in order to access the template gallery, but I get it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since my business is just me, it makes me look more professional. It looks like I have a team behind me.
Ease of functionality makes PandaDoc an easy choice
What do you like best about the product?
Options available including free text, drop downs, check box makes the software useful when completing multiple form types. The ease at which staff have been able to learn how to use the software while working apart has made it especially useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
A minor point is that it can be easy to add fields unintentionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving away from paper documents to electronic has meant that we can prepare paperwork for signature quite easily. With staff working from home we've been able to keep functioning using the software and seen a reduction in print/copy costs, as well as quicker turnaround times for document signing.
Ideal Tool for Business Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The name Panda is just so friendly, just like their interphase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind yet however I have only been using it for a few weeks now.

It saves us time, effort, and helps us connect over long distances without too much effort.
